The Connection CircleÂ
Where connection becomes a way of being.
If you’ve landed here, there’s a good chance you’re not looking for more information or another program. Some people arrive here after taking the Energetic Leak quiz, wanting a little more space to sit with what they noticed. This is that space.
You might already understand energy, have your own ways of connecting, and have language for what you feel, already knowing when you’re connected and when you’re not. And yet, staying connected can still feel like something you have to remember, manage, or work at, rather than something you naturally live from as life unfolds.
That’s not because you’re doing anything wrong. It’s because connection is so often taught as something to practise occasionally, instead of something to orient your life around, and over time that quiet effort starts to wear you down.
The Connection Circle exists for people who are done with trying to “stay aligned,” chasing the next breakthrough, or feeling like they need to manifest their life through sheer effort. This is a space designed to walk with you rather than push you forward, offering a sense of belonging and recognition that allows you to breathe and feel understood at the same time.
What’s different about this space.
Most spaces are built around momentum.
They ask you to stay engaged, keep up, move forward, and apply what you’re learning so you don’t lose it. Even when the intention is good, connection can slowly turn into something you have to maintain, manage, or remember to practise.
The Connection Circle is built differently.
This space isn’t here to motivate you or move you toward a version of yourself you’re meant to become. It exists to support you in living from connection as you already are, in the middle of real life, with everything that comes with it. Instead of adding more to your plate, the Circle creates room. Instead of pushing you forward, it walks alongside you. Instead of asking you to stay “on”, it gives you a place to return to when life pulls you in different directions.
Nothing here is designed to rush you, impress you, or keep you engaged for engagement’s sake. What’s shared inside the Circle is meant to meet you when it’s useful, not overwhelm you with more to do or more to remember. This isn’t about doing connection “better.” It’s about living from it more naturally.
Introducing The Connection Circle
The Connection Circle is the energetic home for everything I share.
It’s a place you can return to as life unfolds, where connection isn’t something you have to chase or maintain, but something you naturally live from over time.
Rather than being a program you move through, the Circle is a space you stay connected to, supporting you in noticing your energy in real time, working with your emotions as they arise, and responding to life from a deeper place of presence instead of habit.
Inside the Circle, connection becomes less about technique and more about orientation, less about trying to stay aligned and more about recognising when you already are. Over time, awareness moves out of the head and into everyday life, and insight becomes something you live with rather than something you remember to apply.
The Connection Circle isn’t here to give you answers. It’s here to offer a place to live from the questions in a way that feels grounded, supportive, and real.
A place to feel. A place to connect. A place to live from.
What this space is — and what it isn’t
The Connection Circle is a place to stay connected to yourself as life actually happens,
not a system to master or a path to complete.
It’s not designed to push you forward, fix you, or turn connection into another thing you have to manage. There’s no pressure to keep up, no expectation to be consistent, and no requirement to engage in a certain way to belong here. This space doesn’t ask you to be motivated, disciplined, or constantly working on yourself. It’s here to support you in meeting life as it is, with more presence, honesty, and ease, especially in the moments when things feel messy, busy, or uncertain.
At the same time, The Connection Circle isn’t passive or surface level. It’s a living space that invites depth, awareness, and real integration, without overwhelm or performance. You’re encouraged to listen, explore, and engage in ways that feel genuine and sustainable for you. This isn’t about doing connection “better.” It’s about having a space that meets you where you are, and allows what you take from it to unfold in your own way over time.
What lives inside the Circle
Inside The Connection Circle, you’ll find a mix of teachings, conversations, reflections, and shared spaces, all designed to support you in living from connection in a way that feels grounded and sustainable. Some things are there to listen to when you feel present and curious. Others are there to return to when life gets busy, messy, or pulls your attention in different directions. Nothing here is meant to be taken in all at once, and nothing loses its value if you come back to it later.
There are moments of guidance, moments of quiet reflection, and opportunities to explore what connection looks like for you in your own life. Rather than being structured around levels or progress, everything inside the Circle is offered as support you can draw on when it feels useful.
You’re invited to engage in ways that feel natural for you, whether that’s listening, reflecting, joining conversations,
or simply knowing the space is there when you need it. Alongside the teachings, there’s also a live, interactive community of like minded souls, a space for real conversation, reflection, and support as life happens.
The Circle is designed to grow with you, changing as you do, while always being a place you can return to across different seasons of your life.
A glimpse of how you’ll use this space
Inside the Circle, there are four doorways you can walk through, depending on what you need in the moment.
You can step through any of them at any time.
1.
When you need
a reset
Simple, grounding practices that gently bring you back into your body when your mind has been running the show, helping you settle, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
2.
When you want to
go deeper
Teachings and sessions that help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, so you can work with your energy instead of against it.
3.
When you need
support
Live spaces and community connection that remind you you’re not alone, offering a place to be seen, heard, and supported as life unfolds.
4.
When you feel the
pull to expand
Explorative practices that open you to deeper connection beyond the surface, strengthening your relationship with your soul, intuition, and inner knowing.
You don’t need to use all of it.
You’ll find what you need, when you need it.
Who this space is for
The Connection Circle is for people who feel the pull toward living more connected, and want a space where you can learn, practise, and embody at your own pace, without needing to push, strive, or rely on willpower alone to stay close to yourself. It’s for those who are curious about their inner world, aware of their energy, and open to exploring what connection looks like in everyday life, not just in moments of practice or retreat.
Some people arrive here early on their journey, sensing there’s more available to them than they’ve been taught to access. Others come with years of experience, language, and ways of connecting already in place, but wanting a space where connection can be lived rather than managed. What matters isn’t where you’re starting from. It’s your willingness to meet yourself honestly and stay connected as life unfolds.

And who it’s not for
The Connection Circle probably isn’t the right fit if you’re looking for quick fixes, rigid structures, or someone to tell you exactly what to do. It’s also not designed for those who want to rush through content, collect techniques, chase certificates, or measure progress in steps or milestones.
This space values presence over performance, honesty over perfection, and lived experience over concepts. If that feels supportive rather than limiting, you’ll likely feel at home here. After all, the way you feel about yourself and your life when you look in the mirror is the real measure.
What you’re really saying yes to
Joining The Connection Circle isn’t about adding more to your life.
It’s about giving yourself a place you can return to, a space you can step into when life feels full, so connection stays close even in the middle of it all. It’s the difference between trying to stay connected on your own, and having a home for your energy that you can lean into whenever you need it.
A place to feel.
A place to connect.
A place to live from.
And over time, that changes things, not because you’re forcing growth, but because you’re no longer relying on motivation or discipline to stay close to yourself. You’re simply supported.
The practical details
The Connection Circle is designed to meet you where you are — and to give you choice in how you enter and stay connected.
There are two ways to join.
Option One: The Lifetime Pathway
This is for those who know they want to be in this space long-term.
You’ll receive full access from day one through a 6-month payment plan of $275 AUD per month. Once those six payments are complete, your place in The Connection Circle becomes lifetime access.
There’s no ongoing payment beyond that point. You’re choosing a space you can return to whenever you need it, for as long as it supports you.
(Afterpay options are available at checkout.)
Option Two: The Monthly Subscription
This is a flexible, lower-commitment way to be inside the Circle.
For $47 AUD per month, you’ll have ongoing access to The Connection Circle, library and resources for as long as your subscription is active.
This option does not include lifetime access — it’s a month-to-month membership that you can cancel at any time.
It’s ideal if you want to experience the Circle, stay connected in the present, or move with the seasons of your life without locking in long-term.
An invitation
If you’re reading this and it’s hitting home, and you can feel that quiet “yes” in your body, it might be time to start honouring what you already know.
You don’t have to rush or convince yourself. You can take your time, feel into it, and choose what’s right for you.
And if you feel the quiet sense that this space is something you want to be part of, you’re welcome to step inside The Connection Circle.
A small moment for you
Before you decide, take a breath and ask yourself:
• Do I want a place to return to, not another thing to keep up with?
• Do I want connection to feel more natural in my everyday life?
• Do I feel calmer just reading this, like something in me can finally breathe?
If you answered yes to any of those, you already have your answer.
And if you’re not there yet, that’s okay too. You can take your time.
