[0:00] It. All right. I love that announcement. It's great, isn't it? It's like, it gets into you. So drawing. All right. Hello, everyone. How are we? I'm just obviously waiting for the last few people to join as everyone's popping in. Obviously, it's great to see so many of you on the chat this morning. So we're going to be using the chat function quite significantly as we do this. All I'm going to do here is just going to do this one. I'll give the man who loves the spotlight the most. Sing. Next thing. We want to hear some songs. Sorry. But. Peter, I can manage the room if you want. Grab in the chat there and say hello. And so that way we know you're all online. We've got questions as we kind of go along. It would be great to – I think that's going for everyone there. So have you got your chat function, everyone? You want to say hello, good morning, everyone in the chat? That would be great. Thanks, Kelly. It's really – I'm going to do that. I think – I can let people in, Peter, if you want me to watch the waiting room. Yeah, I'm staying on top of that, trying to let everyone in. No, it's like that, you know, the ground – you bop it. It pops up and then you want to – what's that game at the – the whack-a-mole yes thank you i'm like admit admit.
[1:28] That's all right that's all right, So, yes, it's a beautiful day in Brisbane and South East Queensland today, which is fantastic. So, it's all good to have you here. The great thing is to just let you know, everyone, if you're joining or you're not here, we are recording this. So, if you are registered and you're here or you didn't come, we'll be sending this recording out to everyone as well. So, this is just a great, obviously, being joined by the most beautiful Daniel Douglas-Harns. Hello, hello. And of this equally as gorgeous, Nick Demos. Hello, hello, hello.
[2:04] It's nice. And obviously, it's very nice for these guys because it is Friday 5 p.m. for both of them. So they join us for their Friday evening just for a quick hour. And of course, it's going to be like literally, well, I just found out, Daniel's going to be back on Australian soil next week. And then Nick's going to be the week after, obviously, because we've got the solar sun coming up on the 17th and 18th of October, which we're all anticipating for. So won't be long, guys. Won't be long. So excited to come back to Australia? Yeah. Especially right now in Canada. Hello, the weather is turning. It's the beautiful shoulder season where you're getting fall. So the trees are all doing beautiful like rainbow. But you wake up and put on a parka already. And then you get a random day of sunshine. And then you're back in the rain. So, of course, I'm looking to come to you guys, too. But I'm also looking forward to a little bit of sunshine. Let's be honest. It's the reverse in Los Angeles. It's hot as you know what here. It's very, very warm. 100 degrees Fahrenheit. You were saying it's like 34, right? 34. Yeah, it's hot. But I'm looking forward to all you Aussies again. Hello, Devin. I see your face. I'm looking forward to you wonderful Aussies. because you're so kind and friendly to a poor American like myself.
[3:29] It's nice. But it's good to see some familiar faces online. So Julie, Michelle, Devin, Cheryl, Helen, nice to see you. Sandra, nice to see you. Join from Victoria on the road there. KG's here. Susan, it's nice. You've got company there in the background. It's nice to see you as well. Dory, nice to see you. Tina, Kelly, Sharon, Tanya, Kelly Nichol. It's beautiful stuff. We're going to be to Tanya Maniad. It's like Tom Oz, nice to see you, Kathy. So do you see you, Kerry? Because so many, which is awesome. So nice to have you all here. It's going to be episodes that we're here and we're talking about. So to get the idea, we want to do this because the beautiful thing is, like I've been saying over the socials and the emails recently, is that, sometimes we go through things and I think most of us, including Nick and Daniel and myself, like we consider ourselves very energetically sensitive. I just need to find who is doing that. Hang on. Oops. You muted me, you little stink.
[4:27] Sorry, just everything's popped out and that's just made things harder for me. But I'll find that will be it. But yeah, so we're energetically sensitive. Obviously going through, this year's been a very, very interesting year. Both, you know, Nick Danny and myself, we've all kind of been going through it, analyzing things, pop up, everything. So what's really interesting too is like we've been really gearing this, you know, kind of coming up because of talking about the remembering. And it's because this energy is really kind of been asking us to be somewhat self-reflective, it's been asking us to get really honest with ourselves and what's kind of moving forward now at times and i know i could speak from personal experience and these guys know that sometimes that energy can be, fucking brutal just pure and simple it will be brutal i know even though the last couple weeks that's why we've put this together is even for myself i've been cocooning, kind of doing this. And when you're kind of going through these moments, I always find it so important to be able to have, you know, people around you that you can discuss these things with, without any judgment, without any like kind of going, cool, I see where you're going with this. Or I'm going through something similar. And this is a space that's not always comfortable for everyone. And I'm very blessed because these two lovely souls, I'm pointing upwards because that's where they are on my screen, just by the way.
[5:53] But these two lovely souls are those people that I reach out to go, hey, what's going on? Or this is where we're kind of coming together because I wanted to share their wisdom. Because one of the biggest things like I talked about in the emails is having a different perspective, having a different angle on something can really help you to see something that you can't. I think it's actually one of Dania's favourite words is, you know, check your blind sight, what's kind of going on there it's like she's always like.
[6:22] So Dania's like the best coach you could possibly imagine. She's like, let me in the team. I want on the field. I want to see this. I want the game plan. So it's the whole thing that kind of comes across. So, and this is kind of what we're going through. So the great thing is just to give you a quick idea how we're going to run. We're just going to give you a quick briefing on how we individually are kind of going through this. I'm just kind of giving you mine. And then we're going to bring you guys in. And we're going to have all, so if you've got your questions, please have them ready because this is a chance for us. And to give you guys that different perspective that you may need with something what's kind of going on. We'll do our best. We're going to do our best and we'll be here for as long as we need to. But obviously we've got to be mindful because some of our lovely people have commitments on the other end of this. So we're going to do our best. But if you guys in the chat just let us know, how is that all sounding to you? Are you excited about this? What's happening for you guys? And, of course, as we're talking, if you have any comments or questions, please put them in the chat. I'll be monitoring that as much as I can. So that way I can also bring Nick and Dunya and, you know, get them to input that for you as well. All right. So fantastic. So like I said, it's been kind of going through. You know, I want to do, we want to bring this in with you, Dunya, because I love this. And this is actually pertinent because one of our attendees today kind of did message me with this question about like.
[7:46] What we do with our time. And it's a big part of the remembering. It's a bigger part about the energy. And sometimes we have these moments where it's about like, you know, how we can push ourselves, push, push, push, push, push. We do all this push energy. I can tell you right now, I'm definitely not in this massive push energy. If anything, the energy is kind of asking you to slow down even further, which is like, seriously, I feel like I'm drifting a little bit. But even with this, when we're going through this, how do you, because I was reading a beautiful email from you about what you're kind of going through, and I'll let you explain that in a second.
[8:24] But what's interesting is like how do you make sure you don't fall back into that frequency because that push energy and sometimes when, because it asks us to slow down and we do, but how do we stop that old energy, that old fear mindset of like because that's what I'm used to. That's where I know I'm technically a little bit safe. How do you work with that? How do you adjust to that?
[8:50] Gosh, that's like a 10-hour segment right there. You've got two minutes. I know. So I appreciate this because I think the first step is the awareness of recognizing, most of that energy is in force or fear. And a lot of that is conditioning. It's programming. If you look at most of the narrative that's out there, it's like work really hard and hustle and build and improve and achieve and grind. And there's nothing wrong with that. Where the distinction matters for me is when you're in your flow state, which again, fluffy words, when you're in something that you're doing, that you love, that you're fulfilled with, that you are feeling expanded by, it doesn't feel heavy or forceful or constrictive. And it actually energizes you. And it's like time moves slower because you're so present in the moment of what you're doing. You're not thinking about how to be, you're just being. And examples I use regularly are, as a former athlete.
[9:51] When you're playing sports, you're not thinking about playing sports, you're just playing. If you're an actor, I'm sure before the, and obviously Nick, you speak to this because I'm not this world, but you're just on the stage and you're presenting, you're acting, or you're in the movie theater, you're not thinking necessarily about your lines, you're just so entranced at the moment. Or whether you're doing art or you're hiking up a mountain and you're looking at the view, it's this different energy of experiencing what some might label as hard work or force or pressure. So the distinction I think you read in the email was I was still operating the old paradigm where, I was in fear because I was still proving and achieving and trying to like prove myself and achieve these things and I would achieve them but then what would happen is, I was doing it in an energy of unknowingly like the one of the quotes I always say is you can't read the label from inside the jar, as in you don't know what you don't know until you're there and I got hospitalized twice. This is years ago because all I was doing was like work five jobs and do all the things and like just push just keep going like this hamster wheel before I really stopped and was like wait a second why am I doing this?
[10:58] Do I want this? Is this my dream? Is this my what I actually want to be doing? And it can be a simple question but oftentimes I find especially with high performers we're building from the energy of force or pressure or just old programming and we haven't actually question the narrative of why am I even doing this? Do I even want this lifestyle? Do I even want this job? Do I even like this hobby anymore? Or is it something that I've just had a sunken cost where I've got the degree and I've got the master's and a PhD and all my accolades and my whole identity and life is built around this? So you may as well just stay here.
[11:34] And going back to that comfort is, it's easy. It's familiar because, the mass narrative in life is like achieve and get and obtain versus live and be and allow yourself to experience a journey unfolding while you're enjoying it, not just forcing from pressure or stress. So even in this season right now, I'm noticing where I'm still outsourcing my power. I'm like, why am I even in this group? Or why am I saying yes to this? Or why am I doing this? Do I in this moment in this consciousness right now want this because you can change give yourself permission to change and there's a lot of shame and guilt that's, there when you've built something or you're doing something you've done for so many years or energy or investment whatever it is and then you're like actually I don't like this anymore and you're allowed to change your mind like you're not a tree that's stuck you can get up and move so.
[12:28] To wrap that up we can go anywhere where you want, it's really getting in tune with, is this your conscious choice? Questioning why you're doing what you're doing, why you're doing it. Because when you truly tap into the nature of who you are, your abundant nature, your limitless soul, your stuff, no matter how mundane it is, it pulls you forward. It expands you, energizes you. Even the stuff you're just like, oh, I hate this. The underlying felt frequency, the knowingness you're anchored into is one of expansiveness, one of energizing expansion versus constriction heavy force push achieve, i love that i think that is the big question i just put that in the chat guys like you know do i want this anymore you know.
[13:09] Please, in the chat, if you've been asking yourself that question, I feel like that's been a bubbling question. Like, ever since COVID, to be honest, I've always found, I felt that COVID was this massive dress rehearsal of going, it was a massive worldwide patent interrupt of the energy lifestyle cycles, society frameworks. And no, I'm not going conspiracy theory side, but I'm just literally looking at it from a human perspective going, why are we working nine to five? Do I really want this lifestyle? Do I want to be driving to work two hours to and from work while I'm doing an eight-hour shift? I know that was, you know, I had that realization very early on, you know, just I'm going, all this shit's got to change. So I've been very fortunate about to consciously bring that up and reflect on it. I love how you said that, don't you? It's like, it's about being conscious with that, being conscious with the choice, being conscious with the decision. So, and that's, you know, a beautiful thing. Now, Nick, I recognize you were like going, oh, you could see there you're on that. What was coming up for you when Daniel was bringing that in?
[14:12] I think in that sense of returning to what I love, returning to what is play, like play state, flow state for me is play state.
[14:24] When I'm in the energy of fun, of enjoyment, like I'm about to go, we were just discussing this before coming on. I'm on 16, my 16th day without a day off right now. Now, normally I would be like, oh, my God, I'm so, that's so tired. I'm so exhausted, but I'm having such a great time in what I'm doing right now that, like you said, it's invigorating me and offering me so much energy. Now, I may crash right before I come see you all. On the plane. On the plane. I might sleep on that plane. Is the plane ride. I might sleep on that entire plane ride before I come to you all. But I'm loving what I'm doing in such a huge way that it's giving me so much life. And I will say, right before this, and if you're sensing like, oh, there's a shift in me that's happening, that might be part of what's happening. Because right before this, as you two both know, I was deeply unhappy.
[15:25] And I was struggling because I wasn't in alignment with who I actually was. I was in alignment with who I thought I was supposed to be based on other people's perceptions rather than owning and listening to my own intuitive truth and voice. I was listening to all the voices out there. All the voices. When the reality is, your own intuitive voice is the wise voice, not the loud voices that you hear from friends, family, social, wherever you're getting them. I wasn't tuning in. I had sort of lost that a bit. I had allowed other energy to.
[16:09] To take on. I just took it on. I took on other people's stuff. I think that's important. I love that word, and especially since we've been building, getting ready, because obviously we've been in brainstorm mode, we've been in collaborative mode, and going, okay, what are we going to be doing for this wonderful group of people that we're going to be seeing on the Gold Coast in a couple weeks' time? But one of the key words that keeps coming out of play is... And, you know, and that's a big thing. Like, Dunya, if you can give us a quick, just so everyone knows, like, because I just want to make sure, like, because Nick, you're calling it play state. Dunya, you'd be kind of more moving towards flow state. Same. Are they the same thing? Are they interchangeable? A hundred percent. And it's, it's funny because I just did a podcast on this where it's like you were trained out of your biggest asset, which is play frequency.
[16:58] Yeah. Play. Expansion. You can call it flow. you know you're flowing whether you're flowing on the basketball court or you're flowing on stage you can call it play, it's the same energetic signature it's like exactly what nick was explaining it's expansive it pulls you forward you on paper might be like working 16 18 hour 16 days in a row but you might not feel like that nick because you're doing what is life force giving to you and you're not and you're gonna like back to your question originally peter of how do you know it's something that it's not like you don't have to think about it you, your energetically energetically will feel if you feel restricted and like heavy and it's like pushing something up a hill, or if it feels like with some level of ease, even if I know I'm speaking to every circumstance here. Like I've faced a lot of circumstances recently, had some clients and friends and family face some serious circumstances. We're talking everything like cancer diagnosis, bankruptcy, all these things. It's like, how can I still approach this through the lens of ease or play or curiosity, it bestows such a different felt experience and therefore opens you also up to more possibilities because your body and mind are in a space of openness, not fight or flight, stress, pressure, where you actually become dumber and you can't make decisions. You're able to tune into your intuition, your creativity, seeing possibilities are all right there because you're in your parasympathetic flow state, play state.
[18:20] Yeah, I think especially when you are in situations that are uncomfortable, that are new, that are challenging you in some way, shape, or form. It's like, how can I approach this? How can I come to this with a sense of wonder, presence, awe, play, joy, even in the darkness, even in the harder moments? And that was really a challenge for me, honestly, earlier in the year.
[18:49] And by asking myself those questions and sitting in that, that's when I realized what I actually wanted and needed to move forward. I just want to quickly bring in here, it's great, like, you know, Jeanette's been talking, she's been asking herself, doing it because I want to or because others want me to. And that's a very deep, good, reflective question. Sometimes it can be confronting because you're starting to see it. So I love that. I don't know what you mean. And, like, Tina's, you know, saying, you know, she's hearing you, Nick, because it's like having to step away from a career, you know, aligned to the expectation that wasn't her, you know. So that's very interesting. Julie's, like, just mentioning here too, it took quite some time to step away and just be yourself again because I think a lot of times as we can see, and even with us guys, like, this is me, we're not exempt from this. Like, the word play has been coming up so much more this year for me as well Because, you know, it's one of those things, even for me, and most of you know me, you've probably been around my world for a significant amount of time. It could be 10 plus years. And of course, we change, we grow, we evolve, and we try different things. But the one thing I've specifically been noticing over this year is going, well, hang on. Where is the fun in it for me?
[20:10] Where does this come back for me? Because, you know, from my very, you know, specific perspective, and this is something that most of you guys will understand, but I don't get to talk about very often, but it's going to be more relevant moving forward from next year, is quite often when I'm doing an event is that when I'm standing on stage, all of a sudden I'm no longer having at this particular moment, and this is the way I genuinely feel, is I don't get to be peaked.
[20:39] I have to be there as that medium to connect people rather than being able to blend a part of me because they're kind of great. So that's interesting because I look at that and go, okay, that's part of what happens. But I also then reflect on the last 10 years and go, wow, hang on, just slowly over time, very, very like minimally over the years, but it's slowly gone down where it's like, I just feel like in my own way, that play, that wonder, cause I, my, one of my.
[21:09] How do I put it? One of my superpowers, I suppose, that charges me is curiosity. I love being curious. I've always been curious about energy. I've always been curious. When I look back and I go, wow, when I was doing personal one-on-one sessions when I first started, I really didn't care who was sitting in front. I was like, where does this energy take me? What can I tell about this? How can I help them? Where can I go with this? That was my power. That's the flow. But it's interesting because all of a sudden now things have changed, expectations have changed, people want specific things. It changes and alters how we do it, but it's important to go, well, hang on, how do I need to work this for me? So it's about bringing it back to ourselves. Like Nick, all the three of us, we've been going through this and we've been peeling back our own layers with this as well. Now, this is a really good point here, kind of bringing in.
[22:05] Now we're looking at this, We've got flow state, we've got play state, trying to ask ourselves these questions. And Kelly just asked a quick question here. So what is blocking me from moving forward? Now, if we take this as a general perspective, this is a huge one. This affects everyone. I'd like both Nick and Daniel, I'd like your takes. Nick, we'll start with you. Because you were literally just on a mastermind, helping people go through this. And some of your people at your mastermind go, Nick, fuck off. And then the next day, Nick, I love you. Thank you so much for helping me.
[22:34] What would be your advice to help people with this? I truly did get Nick Fuckoff and I love you within the same sentence as a matter of fact. But I do think that it's an interesting reflection because, I was pushing a little bit, and holding with love. And I think it's really important when you do this work that you do have people that are going to help you and hold you with love at the same time, because it is really hard for us to see ourselves. You're asking, what is blocking me from moving forward? Because you can't see it, right? You can't see that wall. You might feel some of it, but you can't actually see yourself. And so having somebody there to hold you and push you gently or not, if you're Daniel's a not and I'm.
[23:24] We'll hold you, but she's going to go cook and I'm going to go, okay, let's. It's called tough love. Okay, come on. Okay. You know what you're getting when you're with me. But point being, it's really hard to know what that block is. And that is why you do it in community. That's why you do it with a, with a, with a coach, with a teacher, with help. That's why PETA is so important. It's the reflection that you need to have with somebody so that you can discover it. Because there's many ways to figure out what that block is. There's many tools. There's many avenues. But you can't really do it totally alone. And that is the truth. We live in collaboration with one another, and we see each other in ways that we can't see, but... It has to be with somebody who's trusted. I want to say that very, very, very much so. Like, don't just go to some random stranger and have them help guide you through your blocks, right? It's somebody that's been through the path, that's doing the work on the work, even the play on themselves. I'm even trying to take that word out of my vocabulary these days.
[24:39] That's doing it, that's done the path. I think that's so important. Connection and community exactly tina yeah i love this and this is where it's really interesting too because like nick you've you know you have really you started your you know you went on the spiritual energetic journey very early on you've got all that wonderful wisdom to call upon and this is where like daniel's is you've got this amazing beautiful contrast of like you've been in there you've been up high level athletes you you've been that person like for literally olympic athletes going, seeing that angle helping them because you know they would have naturally gone, how many how many i'd love to know because i've never asked you this question like, here's a person who's dedicated so much time and effort training to get to this goal of i want to get to the olympics and i want that gold medal and then all of a sudden it could be four months out, daniel what am i doing this for am i'm in my mind like seriously like you know, so this is me you would have come across even this from this perspective of going and even with your current clients stuff well so what's your take on this from that perspective, what was coming up as you were sharing is I'm very particular about words you know me I like words.
[25:54] So there was a recent I don't remember her name and if you've it's on my podcast too because I describe her and she was Olympian who.
[26:03] Who used to compete. And then she retired because she was putting so much pressure on herself. And it was not fun. And there was all these rules. And in figure skating, there was a lot of rules. I didn't work with her personally. She's an athlete in a different space. However, she came back and essentially was like, F the rules. I'm going to do me. I'm doing this because I love it. I'm not going to follow the rules in terms of I'm going to wear what I want to wear. She dyed her hair in this really fun color block. So it was like chunky brown, blonde, brown, blonde. And that's not typically what's happening in Olympic level figure skating, but the reason I'm sharing this is most people especially around you this is why Nick's saying speak to people who you trust who's embodied who can be a mirror for you, most people are going to fall under the same conditional societal norms or just like this is just the way it is it sucks suck it up, and in Olympic sport it's like most people are operating from a place of pressure and stress and hard work and you are literally, pushing your body to the ultimate limit like that could not be the more complete definition of hard work like athletes are puking on the side because they're pushing themselves so hard, and yet this figure skater who came back and actually meddled was like i'm not i'm not listening to that narrative, i'm going to do this because i love it and i'm going to choose to define it as a different experience for me and so the reason i bring this up is we can look at things like what is blocking us.
[27:29] If we're honest, things like self-sabotage or blocking or limiting beliefs are what I would say is like the mainstream narrative out there. What if those words didn't exist? What if nothing was actually blocking you? What if there's nothing wrong with you that needed to heal? There's nothing you got to fix?
[27:49] Already, when you start to relate to a paradigm that most people define as like, I'm stuck, I'm blocked, I'm this, you already begin to create some space from, hold on a second, I can maybe see this like one degree differently. And in that space you start opening up to different possibilities. Because if we're honest with ourselves when we say like I need to change or I'm blocking, we're in low level fight or flight, pressure, stress. We know that that's dumb mode. You can't access the possibilities, the potential perspectives that are going to help you in that moment. Essentially you can't access the consciousness that would give you the solution to what most people would say is a problem.
[28:27] What about we take out those words completely? They're a very real felt experience. But just like Nick was saying with the word hard work, like, I don't say I work. I create. I play. I don't say I have a problem. It's an opportunity. And just by my language, how I'm redefining it already creates a very different felt experience, but more so of different physiology, which means I can see things from a different vantage point, access different answers.
[28:54] So from this, I don't know if I answered your question, Peter. But I want to share that because that figure skater, I'll try and look her up when we're on the call. She's like, I'm going to create different rules. I want to come back and have fun. I'm doing this because I love it. There was an interview that asked her a question of like, how do you handle the stress and pressure? And she's like, I don't see it as that. Every day I get to experience myself and grow and I get to relate to a very common experience, a very common narrative, a very common dogma that she's shifting how she's relating it to it. And in the spiritual or person development world, there's so much around like fixing and self-sabotage or blocks or healing. And I'm the one who's going to be like, you don't. You don't. There's nothing wrong with you because the energy. And if it's not making sense, please ask a question. The energy when I say like I'm blocked, if we're honest, like how does that feel? Like really expansive and like, woo!
[29:49] No, it feels like poop. It feels like constrictive. And I know what's happening mind and body and I'm not going to be able to see things versus like, what if I'm just witnessing where I've been conditioned to, like things I've just learned? What if I'm just witnessing like, just like this is a pattern, like brushing my teeth. I'm just trying to brush my teeth with a different hand and it's a bit awkward. I'm just noticing some differences, but there's nothing wrong with me. I'm not blocked. I'm just witnessing things I've learned or experienced in the past. And they're just showing up here to show me, do I want to keep choosing it or do something different? It's creating that space and different relationship to it. And that's a practice. Because you notice I caught myself. Yeah. That's huge.
[30:27] And that's what, and it's not like it ever ends. You know what I mean? Like we have been so conditioned that we have to, that it's a practice. That's why we call it the practice, right? It's like seeing it. Notice I didn't go into a spiral. Oh, my life. Oh, right. You just go, oh, gosh, I caught myself. And then I laughed and we moved on.
[30:49] And even for that nick when people are like i don't work or i don't like i don't run by the rules that 90 of the world run by people will question you like what the f what are you talking about versus when you're in an environment where it's a commonality of like, actually i just i no longer choose to have the word failure in my language or problem, i just it's opportunity it's information i'm curious about this the word problem for me i just say it's a plot twist and I'm talking everything. Like the scariest shit that you're like, it's like, okay, plot twist because I know I can keep my mind curious. Like, oh damn, just like you're watching a movie and you see the hero being like, shit, how are they gonna get out of this thing? And you're like, okay, but you know they're gonna get through it because one, you've always got through everything. Like you trust yourself to navigate everything you always have, haven't you noticed? Like even if you didn't know you're going to, you still figured it out. Maybe not especially how you wanted, but you still figured it out.
[31:42] So we get to relinquish these like these invisible cages, I call them, that already make it way harder for you to just simply shift or let go or experience it differently. Can I look at this as a plot twist and be like, damn, wonder what's here? Doesn't mean I'm not going to throw a tantrum and cry like you both have seen me being like, what the F? I'm treading water. But I can make that experience a lot harder and add more resistance or change a channel and experience it differently and be open to something new. Whether i'm being held by a friend or whether i'm just simply with myself changing the narrative of how i'm defining it and no it's not spiritually gaslighting or bypassing yourself you're just giving yourself a neutral chance to be like hold on a second how can i see this not how, i'm yeah and i love that sorry everybody this is i just really love the way you're saying that because it's like we go through it this is the thing guys like we guys are we talk about each other and we have like we're going there and we're like i don't know how many times like Daniel's going, she's messaging me from Vancouver. She's on a wall. She goes, Pete, what the fuck is going on? It's like.
[32:42] It's happening over here too. You know, we have those things. But I think one of the key things is, and this kind of ties back into Nick, because this is a huge thing. Like Nick was saying, it's practice. And I think the biggest practice is that self-awareness to hear your own voice. Like I was saying, it's like, because that noise out there is going to be very, very loud. And we've been conditioned to really listen to that noise a lot. So that practice comes in. And I feel like what you're saying that too,
[33:10] don't you, is like, it's very important. When that starts to come in, when that pressure towards yourself, one of the hardest things I tend to find, or a lot of people try not to do in that practice, is actually just don't do anything and let that channel talk to you.
[33:26] Oh, yeah. So many people, when that channel starts to get a little bit frustrating or is not starting to say the things that you're wanting it to say, or you're not hearing the things that you want to hear within yourself, people want to change that channel too quickly. And it's like, and then all of a sudden we end up in bigger mess. Because you don't want to be uncomfortable. Nobody wants to be uncomfortable. You know, this is when they say sit in your shit and they don't mean like in the, oh, woe is me. They mean like sit and listen. Yeah. And the way I like to, you know, the metaphor I like to use for that is like when you go swimming at the beach with waves, like the actual beach, when you first wade out, the waves are still there, they're a lot smaller. And then eventually you walk out and all of a sudden you just realize those waves didn't look too big when you were on the shore. But once you get into it, you start to go, oh, these are a little bigger than I anticipated. But you kind of go, well, you're going to make decisions. I'm going to go over it. I'm going to go under it. What am I going to do here? Or I'm going to let it just smash into me. But then what you'll figure out is eventually once you figure that out, you get past the breakers. Then once you're past where the waves break, guess what? You're there just doing this. You're in that state of flow. But I feel like you need a lot of people either back away from that challenge rather than kind of, okay, what do I need to do here in this moment? Let this settle.
[34:46] And it's like everything. You've got to listen to that channel. So I love that kind of bringing that practice. So Nick, you want to add something there? Oh, I want to say that, you know, I think that play and curiosity are cousins. And when you can learn to get curious at the wave, the wave's coming, you know, like you're out there, it's coming. And sometimes it's really big. And can you get curious about the wave? And then can you find a way to play in the wave?
[35:13] Yeah, exactly. Like get under it. learn from it. Like it's not learned from it. And guess what? Yes. A couple of ways they're going to knock you back. They're going to get push you back to shore and you go, I've just lost ground. But it doesn't mean you can't find another way or you read the wave. You look at the wave itself and go, is there a smaller weak point? And this is a big metaphor of life because everything has a movement. Energy's not all one way. And I feel like if you just take that time to sit and look at it, then you kind of move with it. And I love that too, Danny, because you're talking about like finding the different way. And you're talking about like the ice skater. We've got a current Olympic champion swimmer. And the funniest thing is they say, oh, what's your secret to this? He says, secret is I don't go in the pool. And everyone, the reporters are like, I beg your pardon. He goes, he's the first Olympic gold medalist who actually spends minimal time in the pool. He goes, there's only so much I can perfect my stroke. He goes, but the one thing I can continually work on is the strength of my body. And I can't do that in the pool. The pool's only going to give me so much resistance. He goes, I need to train my body in the gym. He spends more time in the gym and he has less time in the pool. And he's a now Olympic gold medalist because he bucked the trend.
[36:27] He found the way. He started to see it for what he's going. I'm not learning or getting any benefit of being in the pool more, besides more chlorine. He says, but in the gym, I can feel it in my body. I feel the strength within myself. And then when I hop in the pool, I can feel the difference in my body after those sessions. That's when I can tell whether my body's improving or not improving. So it's very interesting. The one area you'd think you'd spend more time and it actually wasn't. It was, you know, out of the pool or if he was, you know, on the field kind of thing, he was off the field realizing I've got to spend time and look at myself and be aware of myself, then only test it in the actual game, so to speak. So I couldn't help it because it was one of those things where everyone was like, wow, you spend less time in the pool. Yep. Which is strange, yeah. And he says, to be honest, he loves swimming, but not that much because I don't want to spend all my time swimming.
[37:23] Yeah. which is funny because when I was working with Olympic swimmers back with Team Canada it's like you had minimum two pool sessions a day and gym sessions and dry lines like it was just like, hours staring at that blue line which I love about though because you start questioning the narrative and you tune into that inner wisdom of like, Look, the reason we have innovation is because people were told they were crazy until they weren't, and then now they're a genius. The reason we have cars is because Henry Ford wasn't saying, hey, what do you guys want? It's like, no, I feel like I see a vision, and it couldn't bring it to life until once he did, everyone's like, oh, my goodness. And then you have the car instead of just faster horses.
[37:59] Something I wanted to drop in, though, is going back to the question of what you want, noticing the waves. So when you have your desires and you're like, oh, let's say I want to be a better leader or a better, let's just say I want to be a better leader. It's that age old quote where it's like, well, okay, a ship is built for the ocean.
[38:19] Many people, though, keep a ship in the harbor. How does a skilled sailor become a really good sailor? By fucking going in the ocean and learning how to do the wind and the crazy storms. And so linking it back to what do I want? Okay, I want to be a better leader. Well, this thing in front of me, instead of seeing it as a problem, maybe it's a way of giving me an opportunity to step into better leadership.
[38:45] Maybe I'm asking for more patience and my kids, I don't have kids, but if you have kids, my kids are now giving me opportunities to embody and practice more patience. So it's just a different way of looking at maybe the waves that you are experiencing of, is this actually giving me exactly what I need in this moment to grow and expand into who I say I am and remembering who I'm meant to be? And oftentimes it is. And I'm very particular to not say you're becoming something, You're actually just releasing everything you're not. You already have all the answers within you. It's just releasing all the stuff that's not there. And life will present to you people, places, and things to show you where you're not embodied, where you're not free. So, sure, there's a situation that's like a fucking 10-foot wave. Or is it like, Daniel, you asked to be a better leader. Okay, well, here's a situation where it requires leadership. Here you go. You don't have to. Well, and guess what? Every time you ask, you're going to get the challenge you need so that you can. Totally.
[39:44] I just wanted to ask in the chat, is anyone feeling like things are being kind of taken away from you at the moment or like you've been shown things that are no longer serving you? I'd love to know that. We're going to come to questions, you guys. So if you've got some questions there, please start putting them because we're going to come to you tonight. Because I just find the energy, like you talk about that, it's going to happen. Like you already have the things there, but the things just, you've got to get away from the things that you're not, that have been put on you. And it's quite interesting because... Yeah, that was another one.
[40:15] That was the interesting thing about like these last couple of weeks. I've just called it like a week past month. I've just called the black hole of Dharma because it's just like, I feel like I'm standing in front of it just keeps stripping. I'm thinking, oh my God, is there anything left to strip? But there's always seems to be something more that's kind of, you know.
[40:33] There's an old practice, an ancient practice called netty netty. Anybody heard of netty netty?
[40:41] Netty netty is the practice of I am not this. I am not that, I am not this, I am not that, that you're negating, everything so that you know who you actually are. Sometimes we have to have all these things put in front of us, or we have to try on different things to figure out who we truly are. And I can say that for me, I know that, and I'm speaking for Pete and Daniel right now because I've witnessed them, that we have all been through this period of really taking on lots of stuff that maybe wasn't ours really, but we were trying on the suit we were trying on the the green blouse the cute jacket the jean jacket the hats dania the hat the hats i didn't bring my hat, and we had to take them off to and get back to the nakedness of who the naked our nakedness of who we actually are at our i'm a visual person don't do it oh.
[41:43] Don't don't don't don't who we are at our soul, who we really, truly are. And so that we can then put on the coat of many colors that's actually ours that we've sewn together.
[41:58] So I love that. So love this, guys. So you've heard us say what we're kind of like. This is where we're going to turn over to you. We're going to have a look at the chat. If you have a question that you want Nick or Daniel and myself to have a look at or help you with, give a little bit of perspective, have a look at it, or you've got a comment. We're just going to bring you guys into this for the last, you know, quarter of our time together. So, yeah. So I love that KMG's like, you know, netty netty. Good explanation. But it's kind of doing that. It's like, it's a big change at the moment. It's a very good practice to get into. Nick, what is waiting for anyone to have questions come through with the netty netty? If someone hasn't really had experience with that, have you got like a, I know it's kind of a big ask, but a simple, quick explanation to help people to start that process? Yeah. So as you look at pieces in your life, it's literally like, do I like this glass? Do I have this glass because somebody gave it to me or because my partner, wife, husband, whatever, has it and they like it? Do I like it? Do I like this glass? I don't like this glass. Nope. Nettie Nettie. Love it. Dunya? I know you have eyes on that one. Do you want? I know. I was reading. I know those eyes and I know that face is like, hmm.
[43:15] So, we're going to. So, Carrie, she's asked here. She's reposable above. I just recently had a big change in my career. And this is big because a lot of people going through change in the career at the moment. So we hear a lot of this. So you're definitely not alone. A lot. So leaving the job after your life, that's four years to commit to help grow husband and business, taking a new role. My energy has been flat. I'm nervous that the change for something that was comfortable and I was good at. I feel though going forward, this new position will allow me to work from home, open up New York, which is a focus on my energy, myself and my special needs daughter. So having a look at that and it's like obviously you can feel the slight nervousness there and that the hesitation don't you I know you're reading into that so what have what any points that you got for Cara that you want to answer, well first congratulations that's really exciting, I also did something similar where I walked away from that Olympic career and Carrie I didn't even know what the heck I was walking away to I couldn't even name what I was doing, I just had a whisper that there was this wasn't it and it's taking me in this direction and rumi has this beautiful quote that as you walk the path the path appears.
[44:23] And what I love as I'm reading this is your energy can be flat knowing you're nervous because you had some change. And it would be so weird of you and everyone if you experienced change and there wasn't some sort of mind drama or physiology. The reason I say that is your mind and body is wired for patterns. It likes to predict and try and keep it to what it knows. So right now, your mind is trying to source out safety and control, bringing it back to what it knows, which is a steady income at a job. However, where I love where you went with this is this, I feel going forward, this new position will allow me to work from home, open up opportunities and focus on my energy and providing for my special needs daughter. And so when we're looking at something we've left, your brain's like, I don't like losing stuff. I want to keep it. Right. It's kind of like, imagine. Yeah.
[45:13] Imagine it's like a little child with a teddy bear and you've just taken their teddy bear away. That teddy bear provided comfort. And so where we want to focus on is where we're placing our energy and attention now. If you were to look back, Carrie, a year from now of what this change and decision made for you and opened up for you, and you knew that you were going to make your income back in the next year or two or whatever, you just knew that it was going to be better for you, more aligned. You could create more money in different ways. You have more time with your daughter more present, would you even be stressed or worried about this decision? If you know that you're truly following like where you're designed to go.
[45:51] I don't know if Carrie's still here. Probably would be. I'm trying to hold on to different so, but it's okay. You're here. Okay. So, because when we're looking at what we've lost or where we still have to go, like almost like climbing the mountain, it can feel really unnerving and your brain is trying to keep it just to patterns of like holding onto, but this is familiar. But if we can recognize that it's just a familiar pattern, a way of thinking, a way of being just like before you learned how to drive a car, it was really overwhelming, but now you drive a car and there's no stress to that. You are now learning a new skill. You're learning a new arena, a new environment. So of course there's gonna be an awkwardness of change, of repatterning, of trying to learn a new sport. But once you start playing that new sport or that new job or that new role, it'll eventually be just like how you did before. Except now though, your energy's focused on expansion, of like trusting yourself to go after something that gives you more opportunity. So if you fast forward yourself a year from now, you look back and everything works out. There's going to be this natural, weird pattern of like, I don't know what I'm doing. Questioning is part of it. That's, that's literally part of the human game. But you know, you looked back and you had more time with your daughter. You were more fulfilled and happier. Would you still have that fear or worry of the change? Oftentimes, it slightly shifts the current felt experience because you're actually implanting the vision of where you're building, but not to it. You're operating from it looking back.
[47:12] Me, when I left my career, I didn't even know what the heck I was building. So now, if I could have told myself, like, when did I leave it? 2018? So eight years ago, Daniel, you're going to be doing this stuff. I'd be like, what? It'd be like, I couldn't have even planned it. but you're just following the nudges of what's expanding you and knowing it's going to work out because you always make things work out.
[47:33] Love that. I'm just going to jump straight into Nick. I think you might've seen it and anchored onto it, but I do want to come just because it's a nice one. It's been asked by a Tony. So when she's thinking about, I think the netty netty process there, she's about like, when I think about that, Nick, about our soul and who we really are, it feels very emotive to me. Stripping everything back, I feel it would render me a puddle. So what's your take on understanding it? Because it's interesting, I'm genuinely feeling there going, that sounds like a great process, Nick, but at the same time, I'm really shit scared where I'm going to end up if I really do that properly. Yeah. How do you work with that one? Yeah, and you will. Yeah.
[48:22] Now, this is interesting, right? You heard, you're all bear witness to this. Nick's here going, oh, Dania's not going to be easy on you. This is how Nick, see what he just does? He drops that one line. That's how it's going to happen. That's it. And he calls himself the soft, I'll hold his face to you. He's like, nah, you can't go through that shit. You are. You are. This is what you sign up for. If you choose the path, it is not always the easiest path. Oh, it's never the easiest path. Correct. I was being kind. That's the soft part. Let me be soft again. Get me a farm again. That sometimes it sucks. And sometimes you got to go to the puddle because how does transformation, how is gold made? It's not made by floating up here. It's just not. You got to dig in, feel it, and release it. That's the release part that we've been talking about. It's letting go of these pieces, parts, the knots, the knots, the knots, the knots, because at the truest heart of you is pure love, is that pure essence. And so you may end up in a puddle for a bit, which we do. We call a friend, phone a friend, we phone a friend, and we're like, hey, we're in the puddle. Yeah.
[49:50] And you get support and you get love. And sometimes you get told, deal with the effing puddle. Yep. Because on the other side of that transformation.
[50:04] Is the gold, is the nugget. It's the shift that you are so wanting. That's true. I know that's not what you want to hear. But it's not about what we're here for, though. Hold the space to make you aware of that, like, some things, there is no quick fix. There is no shortcut. There is sometimes you literally just have to stare in the face and you've got to look in that mirror and you've got to go. But I want to say that doesn't mean wallow. Let me tell you this story.
[50:32] I was working with a teacher and I was in the puddle. I was in the crap and I was circling the drain. Circle, circle, circle. And poor me and woe me. And do I have to go through this again? And why can I get out of it? And my teacher came up to me and said, do you know what a wallow is? And I was like, a wallow? What? A bird?
[51:01] A hippopotamus just enjoying itself in the marshes of the African. He's like, you are wallowing in your own misery. It's bringing you joy to be so much in pain. And I can almost guarantee you everyone just heard that, because if it's not you you know there might be people around you that are in that space yeah, and that was a turning point for me honestly a real shift in how I was viewing what was quote-unquote happening to me yeah and, like I said it's not an easy it's not easy i i want to make that very clear it's not like it's a quick fix, But it is beautiful. There's beauty in it. Dania, you have a thought. I can tell. I can see it. I can see it. Say it. How do I say this succinctly? I need to say this succinctly. I think there's... I didn't do it succinctly, so why should you? Because I got a hard stop. I'm like, I gotta get off.
[52:04] I think what's beautiful is certain reminders. And like, again, filter what feels aligned for you. Like, you'll know if truth resonates with you. Don't take on anything we say as like, this is truth. It's like you filter it through your own stuff and take what works and leave what doesn't. Present there's this beautiful perspective of we came here to feel everything, and we're not it's not like a struggle is a part of life or emotions like the highs and the lows and like the depth of love you have is in direct proportion to the depth of grief you get to experience law of polarity you can't have up without down light without dark so i think where i'm sensing i've seen people go is like, it's something wrong that I'm in this. And no, the way through is to alchemize those feelings and know that like, even a couple weeks ago, I'm voice-on-ing you guys like, shit, I just went through some pretty deep alignment. And I joked about it being Armageddon earlier. It's because like when you are realigning back to your truth, everything that's not aligned with that is going to clear out. And that doesn't mean it's like, oh, cool. It's like, oh no, there's heartbreaks. There's friendship breakups. There's like clients that are leaving. And it's like, damn, like, So some people, forget that when you make the aligned decision for you or the right decision in quotations, there will be a lot of sadness and grief and emotion. And that's part of the journey.
[53:21] And knowing that you came here for all of it. You didn't just come here for it to be like happy and joy. Like you can experience happiness without sadness. You can experience the depth of magnetism and love and joy without the opposites of that. Otherwise, it'd just be like you're eating the same meal every day for the rest of your life. You got to have that contrast and that polarity. And I think to where I'm trying not to get too philosophical here is recognizing like there is that quote that's like life is happening for me, not to me. And some people are like, but that's really effed up. Like, how do I have this human experience? And it's more so like as a soul having a human experience, I'm taking full responsibility for the experience of whatever I'm in. It doesn't negate the fact that the human aspect of it's fucking hard. And like, man, that was like, I would want to punch someone for doing that for someone or like, you know, there's a lot of stuff out there that's really freaking hard. As a soul, though, I can say, okay, there's something on my journey that I'm here. I've experienced that. where can I take responsibility for my experience of it and be with it, not bypass it, not say that it's like, woohoo. But then to go to what Peter was saying was not to sit in it or use your past or what's happened as evidence for why we're sitting in the wall or why we can't move forward. It's like this, did I close the loop on that? Cause I feel like I'm Nick and Peter, tell me if I'm trying to keep it succinct, but it's this combination of like, yeah, you, So it's kind of like a funny thing of.
[54:47] Being in life is like owning a dog and getting pissed off that you have to pick up shit every day. It's part of the experience. The emotions are part of the experience or a more polite way of saying that. It's like getting in, going surfing and being mad that you're getting wet. You're in the human 3D dense experience. Your soul is helping you navigate it. Your soul is giving you the coordinates if you can listen and tune in and let go of the shit that's not yours. But of course it's going to feel sad when you have a friendship breakup. But of course it's going to feel sad when you're like, oh, that's no longer in my integrity. I got to release that. And then you get to use the beautiful instrument of the mind and body to alchemize and move through that.
[55:23] I'm hoping that makes sense because you're talking about 10 things for like 10 hours. I'm just being mindful of the time. I do want to get to one more, which I think will be a good one, which will help a majority of people kind of come in and work in this. So I've never made this. This is stemming from Sharon Handley who was talking about she's found some new techniques, launching new business, very exciting, including coaching, training, retreats, et cetera. But no matter how hard I try, there's this invisible block. I have no clients, no work. I want to help others and make the income but completely lost my drive and desire, questioning this line of work for me now. I don't even feel like doing it anymore. I can then help. Now, so just to be clear, so I want to like, obviously, Sharon, thanks for that question. And that's actually really courageous to even say that out public because we're in this world, we've been in this world for a while. It's always a hard thing to say. So I think it's great that you're saying that. But also just in this case, as we're answering this, let's take this from a perspective of anyone who's stepping out, trying something new and they're facing these invisible blocks. So yes, Sharon, we're answering your question, but we're just going to try and just take it, zoom out a little bit because you're not the only one going through this as well. So we want to try and help as many people as we can. So it's like, we've all faced these invisible blocks and we're talking about this. Anyone else who's facing these invisible blocks and they're in that space, I'm not sure whether I want to do this anymore.
[56:47] Okay. Can I just throw in there quickly? Mm-hmm. Okay, two things. It better be quick, Dan. You're the one with the hard stop. I know. I know. You do this the other time. If you knew without a shadow of a doubt that in a month, two months, three months, six months time that this would take off, would you still do it? Would that change your feeling about it? Here's why. When you do something new and you're trying something different, there's going to be this gestation period. It's just the universe and everything's rearranging around you. It doesn't mean it has to take time and quantum physics don't time to exist. But in this dense 3D reality, when you're changing stuff and you're in a signal of like, I want this, I'm going to have courageous and I'm going to go after this. You got to be honest with yourself. Here's where I'm going to be a bit tough love. Is your overall felt experience focused on the lack and not having.
[57:33] Or on the vision of it having and operating from it already being done, because they're two very different things and let me tell you it's way easier which is coming in can you just repeat that last part then because i think that was very very valuable and very important i just feel like i just don't want to do what did i say okay, it's if we're because i've been in this position too where i'm in a pivot and i'm like wow it's been like months since anything new's come in it and your brain's gonna look for evidence like see you can't do this shit this isn't meant for you it's going to because it's trying to bring you back to what it knows so, I had to be honest with myself and say am I working towards my vision, as in I don't have it yet I'm not claiming the energy of it yet I'm not operating as if that person right now or am I working from the vision knowing that it's just a matter of time I just get to keep showing up in that energy even if it's been 3d six months a year that's okay but if I was honest with myself my energy was still law of focus, law of energy, was focused on the lack of not having. And that was the radio station signal I was giving off. So when I showed up or I would do things, my energy was still in lack of not having versus certainty knowing it's gonna work out and I'm gonna show up as that person today. It's way easier said than done when shit's coming in, but that's the beautiful game of recognizing where you're not free. That's the beautiful game of recognizing, is this who I am? Or am I just using this kind of test and reveal the fears and doubts that are coming up?
[58:53] When you're in that gap space, you're going to be shown everything where you're not free, your fears, your beliefs. You get to do something with that. That's what you're being asked to do right now. Can you still hold the vision, not allow the fears and the doubts and the lack of 3D evidence to say the opposite?
[59:09] Would it change for you if you were to know it's just a matter of time, but getting your energy, your mind and body on board for working from it? The version of you that shows up as if she already has 100 clients is a very different energy than someone who has zero clients and is like, fuck, there's my bank account. There's a bank. Same again. The bank is calling me. Same action, different energy of how you're showing up, what people resonate with. I got to wrap up because I got to go. But hopefully that makes sense.
[59:37] And like, yeah, I'll save for three minutes and I can jump. Let's go. Nick, what do you want to add to that? Oh, I just want to add that, to allow yourself grace, that there's an, that brain is an old reptile brain, and its literal job is to keep you safe. And so it's going to constantly, as she was saying, go on the attack and look for the negative. And it is your job to find curiosity, that the curiosity in play.
[1:00:07] To become curious as to what your brain is doing. Oh, there it is again. It's telling me I can't do this. It's telling me I'm not good enough. It's telling me this. And rather than, go towards that negative, can you, as she's saying, step into that space of possibility by bringing curiosity to it, by bringing play to it? And oftentimes for me, I have to get out of this and into this and this.
[1:00:39] I have to get up and move and dance and shake and create because there's a pattern in a rep for me that has to happen. That's a big one. But just on that note, I just want to say, guys, thank you so much for your time. Dania does have commitments, so she's got to run. But I just want to say thanks for being here, so both to Nick and Dania for being here. I cannot wait to have you here again on the Gold Coast. Wait, did that cover? You were planning that. I just love their reactions. I'm like, what are these reactions down here? Thanks for being in the chat. Thanks for being a part of it. Of course, you know, we'd love to have more time. But, of course, if you have enjoyed this, come along, please. We invite you to come along to 17 Days of October. It's a couple of weeks away. It's here on the goalposts at Broad Beach, South Hotel. And seriously, you can have two days with us for $111. We're going to be in the room. We're going to be with people of a like mind and go through this.
[1:01:35] I figured it out. And see what's happening. This is what we do. This is what we do. There's some tough love then there's some laugh there's all the rest of it it's amazing what kind of comes up across this though but if you want to i would just say too like if if you got a shift or anything out of like the fire hose of us just coming at you imagine what we can actually do with two days of like expanding the metaphors and working with the questions and as the fears come up and questions come up we actually work through and shift that like we can't do that in this short time right now and i do have to hop off, but we will first of all it's great to see some familiar faces and new faces. And we'd love to have you in the room. Like, come hang out for two days and just watch everything transform. You're not going to walk in the same person or leave the same person. That's guaranteed. We would love to see you there. And I have to jump off. Bye, everyone. Lots of love. I'm going to do one more last reaction, then I'm going to go. One last reaction.
[1:02:24] She's trying to make it work. There you go. You got rocket ships. A rocket ship. Oh, my God. Oh, too funny. That's hilarious. Thank you so much, Daniel. But, of course, if anybody, you can just go over to more websites, inspirationalsoul.com, and you have a look under live events, you'll see the Soul Summit kind of come up. But like I say, it's Nick, Daniel, and myself. We're going through this. It's about the remembering. It's about helping you guys with this, about help. Oh, okay.
[1:02:51] We've got this serious depth and then we've got this whole playful side, as you can tell. But it's beautiful. You want to kind of come along as well. Yeah, the shit is hitting the fan. That was like the shit. It's the end of the thing. I was like, yeah, okay. The shit hits the fan. It really does. But anyway, thank you so much to every single one of you that showed up today. Of course, you're going to come back and you want to listen to this again, because there's some absolute beautiful pieces of gold and words of wisdom in this as well, we will send you out the recording as well. So again, thank you so much. And if you've got any kind of follow-up questions, please feel free to ask them as well, because Nick and Daniel are quite frequent on my podcast. We like to talk about these things. If you've enjoyed some of this as well, please go and have a look. We've had some really beautiful individual in-depth podcasts the last three episodes with Nick, Daniel, and myself. So you can go and have a look. There's heaps of there. So even if you can't make it to the summit, because these guys are making the trip from, you know, Canada or America to be in the room with us. But if you can't make that, go and have a listen to that, because there's things there that can truly help you in this moment and this energy. And that's truly what we want for you. So, but again, thank you so much, everyone, for your time, for being here. Again, thanks, Nick, for being here as well. So I look forward to seeing you in the room. Won't be long. Won't be long.
