[0:00] Today is going to be another great episode because today I am jumping in and answering your questions that you have submitted directly here on the podcast. So your questions, my answers, let's have a listen.
[0:24] So welcome back, everyone. I love these episodes where you guys get to prompt me. I do love it because quite a lot of the time sitting in the studio or getting ready for a podcast, a lot of you don't realize what kind of goes on and, you know, you've got to really work your own ideas. You've got to come up with your own creative content.
[0:45] You've got to map it out a little bit and then you kind of go, cool. Then I've got to sit in front of a camera and a microphone and record myself for anywhere up to 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the topic. I have gotten used to it over the last couple of years. And of course, doing the solos is nice because it really allows me to get a message across that I feel like it's important for me at the time. Of course, we've got the episodes where I interview some absolutely wonderful people and souls, which I absolutely love doing as well. I truly do believe in everybody's story and I truly believe everyone's story has a beautiful message that a lot of us can learn from so I love doing those episodes I do find that they're a little bit more fun to work with and let's face you all know hey I love to talk and I'm very lucky I literally make a living out of talking for a living hence you're here listening to me which is wonderful. That is not lost on me. Then this has been more of a recent introduction. This is only the second episode that I have managed to put together. And these episodes are where you as the audience and as the listener get to submit your questions. I mean, it's great because I get to really hear you. And this is beautiful because this is where, believe it or not, I work the best and I love working in this energy.
[2:14] Where I get to hear your voice, I get to hear your questions, your concerns, and I can really just kind of start tapping in and see where the energy wants to take me with that or with your question. And the best part is you guys as listeners also get to hear where the question is coming from. You get to hear the voice, you get to hear the vibration, the frequency of all that kind of happens. So I absolutely do love these episodes, love sharing and helping where I can. And I genuinely do believe that even through these particular types of episodes, it's very helpful for a lot of people. And we almost cover multiple different topics in a very short space of time. And I think that's a wonderful thing. So it kind of just keeps it interesting. It breaks up the vibe and it just makes it more interactive between you and me. that's a win-win and I love that. Jumping into today, we're going to have a listen to the first question, which is or has been submitted by Beverly. So let's have a quick listen to Beverly's question.
[4:19] Hi, Peter. When I was a nurse, it was quite a joke about how people go crazy on a full moon. It was quite well known within all circles in aged care homes as well. However, I'm an empath. I'm 80 years old and I find now that my moods, I'm very much into energy and understanding about energy and self, but I'm finding that my moods very much are aligning when the moon is full, that it really is quite affecting me. Do you find that that's a general thing? Thank you.
[4:52] I love this. Thank you so much, Beverly, for submitting your question. I love the fact that you're still totally into this. You're still interested in this. Even at the beautiful age of 80, you're still aware of the energy. You're still feeling the empathic side of things. You're still really looking at it and trying to understand things. You are not the first nurse or health professional to ask me this question. This question does come up more so from health professionals than anyone else. I think other people have obviously thought it, but anyone who's been in the health profession, especially working in hospitals and emergency rooms, you are going to literally say, what is it about the full moon that drives people to get to this point? Why is it crazier on a full moon? I'll break it down for you. I love the question and it's a little bit fun, but I'm going to tackle this in a couple of different ways. I'm going to have a look at it, obviously talking about the full moon energy for you, Beverly, and of course everyone else as well. And then we're going to have a quick look at that other little side of the question about where you're at and why and how you are feeling the energy yourself.
[6:08] So overall, the full moon energy, yes, it does affect us. We tend to not think of ourselves as being affected by these levels of energy or not being affected by universal energy. But the truth is, we are. And we are a part of the universe. We're very microscopic. Realistically, in the grand scheme of things, we're not even the size of an ant. We're way, way, way smaller. So we get affected by energies that are closer to us. The moon is one of the closest celestial bodies, and when we talk about celestial, we're talking about the energies and the bodies in the sky, sun, moon, planets like Mercury, Venus, Saturn, those particular bodies. So the moon is the closest to us. And of course, the moon has a gravitational effect and pull on the planet. This is basic science. It's basic 101 stuff that is not debatable, unless, of course, you're coming from the flat earth group.
[7:12] I can't imagine too many of them listening to this podcast, but you never know. But the whole thing is with the moon, the biggest thing is it affects the tides. Okay, so the tides. Being a fisherman myself, I'm very aware of the moon. Being aware of new moon, full moon energy, how it affects the tides. And especially at this particular point, you'll find that like, why do we get king tides, which is really, really, really high tides around Christmas, which is obviously around the time I'm recording this as well. The reason being is because we actually have the moon's one of the closest it is when it's around this particular time of year. So we have really big tides or king tides at this time of year. Then how does that apply to us? How does this basic science aspect and gravitational pull apply to humans? It's a very simple connection. It's a very simple link. So the moon affects the tides. The planet, our lovely little planet, is 70% water. So the moon has a massive effect. The gravity has a massive effect on water because it's a fluid thing and therefore it can move with gravity. Well, newsflash. It's not news. It's not really anything new, but of course, our bodies are also 70% water. Figure that one out, right?
[8:28] So, the simple link there is, of course, it may be contained within our body, but we can still feel that effect or pull from the moon. Now, the moon also in astrological terms, metaphysical terms, relates to the feminine energy. So, this is when you start to find with full moons or any kind of moon cycles, have a look at your own female cycles. Sometimes they're quite connected to the moon themselves and the phases of the moon. But not only that, it's just like it's the emotional aspect that it starts to affect. So it's not like it's trying to pull the blood out of us or anything like that. But it has a massive effect on the hormonal cycles. And so that's what you start to kind of come out. Let's face it.
[9:22] What's the difference between someone who's moody versus someone who's starting to go loony? And the difference is that those moods are just existing at a greater level. That's all it is. So it's a much more or higher influenced state rather than anything else. So the big thing there is it's just because we are still technically affected by a gravitational pull and it affects our emotional space and the way that we do act and react in the world when it does happen or when a full moon does come.
[9:56] It's really weird. People tend to do some really weird things. But of course, depending on what the moon cycle is, and of course, even with each full moon, you've got to remember, guys, not every full moon is the same. You know, we might look up and go, yeah, it's a full moon. But believe it or not, depending on how close that moon is, because we actually have things called super moons and things called micro moons. Super moons are when the moon is very, very close to Earth, but the closest it will be. And I think every year we have at least one, depending on the year cycle, we might have two or three. But of course, you've got the opposite, which is where we have micromoons, and that's when it's further away. What you will find, and helping kind of coming back to the question about what is it, you'll find that there's more energy, aka loony energy, all that, you know, that full moon energy will happen more when the moon is closer to Earth. So when we've got more supermoons or when the moon is closer to us because it's got a greater gravitational pull on our bodies. So that's the real science breakdown. So there's that one. Now let's jump into the other side of that question where Bev is like, now you're like, why am I finding this moon energy is affecting me more now than it ever did?
[11:14] There's one big reason for that. And that main reason is that you are now learning to be more with yourself. And what I mean by that, by being more with yourself, it means you have more time. You are learning to be more mindful of your own energy, of your own thoughts, the way that you're thinking. You can have more quiet time, be more contemplative, be more reflective. So all of these things play a big part this is where energy really starts to come alive the main reason why most people are not as sensitive it's not saying they're not sensitive what happens is they're just too busy here's the biggest key for anyone listening you know looking at energetics or looking to connect more in whatever shape or form there is a reason why being a little bit quieter, being a little bit more meditative, or being a little bit more reflective and slowing down. These things play a big part for us in order to connect.
[12:23] So where is that and the reason why it'll be affecting you more so here, Beverly, is because you're slowing down, not because of age, in your mind, in your mind and your energy. When your mind is quiet, then your energy and your soul can really, really speak.
[12:42] Now, when the soul speaks to us, it can be very, very powerful and we become a little bit more emotional because don't forget, emotions are the language of the soul. So it's a really kind of powerful thing where you start joining these dots together you've got a like an extra element in there that's the empath element and of course if you're an empath you're going to be feeling things 10 times more than most there can be both a positive and a negative at the same time depending on the situation that you're in but that's where it all kind of comes from? And hopefully that answers that question. It does happen. It's not something that we make up. It has been around for a long, long time. We have noticed it. It's been documented, but it's just like we just tend not to lean into it as much anymore. But the truth is it does. All these things do affect us. No different to one thing, a little bit of a side tangent or a bonus addition to this question for you, Bev, or anyone listening, is yes, we can sometimes be a little bit too focused or preoccupied on the moon's energy, but we forget the sun's energy because the sun is the masculine. And where people don't realize how that affects us, especially when solar flares happen, and we've had quite a few big ones recently, and solar flares, when they do occur.
[14:05] Massive physical energy changes. You'll find lethargicness, You might find sore muscles. You might just find lack of clarity in thinking. So it affects you more physiologically with the solar phase because the solar energy is magnetic.
[14:23] Okay, gravity is not magnetic, gravity is another visible force, but solar flares are magnetic and so they affect us more on a physical level rather than an emotional or hormonal one. And that's where those two particular energies and those two beautiful celestial bodies complement each other. So, there you have it. There's your nice little insight, understanding both sides of it as well. And you might find now too, if you start tracking when solar flares happen, or you might find, hey, like the last couple of days, I felt really, really tired and lethargic and it came out of nowhere. Okay. And you know, you're not getting sick in terms of like a virus or something like that. Hey, go and have a quick look up, see if there's been a solar flare just recently. And you might be surprised. You go, wow, oh my God, like a solar flare happened 24, 48 hours ago and now I'm tired. Yep. There you go. So there is definitely things in there that will help you to understand it. And it does happen. So the full moon energy, it's a thing. It really, really is. And I can also vouch for the whole quietening the mind. I'm finding the more I'm doing this work, the more I lean into it, the more sensitive I get. I've been more sensitive to the energies in general in the last 18 months than I've ever been. And it's just like, it's been nuts and it's been driving me insane. So you're not alone, Bev. I'm right there with you. All right. But so thank you so much for the question. I hope that answers and gives you a little bit of extra insight there as well.
[15:50] So next, we're going to be having a quick listen to the question from India.
[15:59] Hey, Peter, happy for you to use this on the podcast if you think it's something that you could use. Looking for a bit of guidance as to where you kind of see me coming up in the next couple of years. I'm pretty lost at the moment on workers comp from a job that I absolutely loved but can no longer do. I am not very happy with my family situation. I've got a couple of options available to me as far as relocating overseas but it would mean leaving my grandbabies and my kids behind who are all adults and have their own lives but still makes it for a difficult choice. At the last time you were out in Broken Hill you told me that I need to start doing things for myself because I'm always giving to others and my cup's empty. And you're right, it is. And now I've hit rock bottom, but I just need a little bit of guidance as to where the people on the other side that are batting for me and my angels see me going because I just don't have a clear vision for myself anymore. Thank you.
[17:06] Wow. I just want to recognize the courage that it has taken for you to submit that question to acknowledge where you're at, to acknowledge that you're hitting rock bottom, to also acknowledge that it's time to make a change. That is huge. That is, you're over 50% of the way there. It's a big one. I do see it. You got to remember the energy never lies and you're now at a point where you can no longer ignore it is right there in front of you.
[17:44] We're all guilty of it, including myself. We tend to push. We try to ignore. We tell ourselves it's going to get better. Things are going to change for whatever reason. We keep hoping. We keep pushing. We might try something like this. We might try and change our routines. We might join a gym or whatever it may be. And there's just things that it's like, it doesn't matter what you do. There are things that we have to go through. And this is no different for you, because right now, like you're saying, which is it's obviously disappointing and a little bit, you know, a bit of a shame that you can't continue the work that you love. But there's no such thing as coincidence. And right now, if you had stayed in that job, you would not be able to learn this lesson.
[18:29] The job was there for you and you love the job and you're definitely good at your job. But the other thing too is your job was distracting you from focusing on what was absolutely vitally important. And the thing that's been absolutely vitally important, which you've been ignoring, is you. That's right. That's why you're at this point, and this is where it's kind of all going. Now, the energy also at the point of this, when you've kind of submitted this, is a huge energy. We're literally in one of the biggest changes in a minimum 10 years, but I actually want to say in a greater sense. We are now really transcending energies in a massive way that generations haven't experienced before. So let me break that down for you. So I'm going to give you a little bit of insights here. And this is for anyone else listening. If you're going through profound changes, this will help you to give a little bit of a deeper understanding of what's happening in the background and kind of, it's not going to justify things for you, but it can help you to understand where the energy is playing a part in and around you. So the first thing I want to look at is that we're in 2025. We're at the end of 2025.
[19:41] We're at the end of a 10-year cycle. And moving into 2026, literally means we are moving in to a one year. One is about beginnings. Nine is about endings. And so as you can see here for yourself, Andy, you can go, things are definitely changing. You definitely will feel like you're at an end of a cycle, at an end of a chapter.
[20:05] And there's going to be new things. Now, of course, sometimes when we're jumping in to new things, it can be worrisome. It can cause a lot of anxiety. It can cause fear. And of course, it's like, I'm not sure what we need to do. So that's where the immediate crux of the energy is happening. All right. Now, on a slightly more macro scale, so lifting, kind of coming up and looking at this energy in a slightly more elevated way, is we are now at like 2025, moving into 2026. What's really interesting is we're now really moving in to the next century. We're really moving out of the 20th century. We're really moving into the 21st century. The reason why we talk about this is because in terms of energy, energy does not have a clear boundary, okay? Not like us, the way that humans think. We tell ourselves that the 31st of December is the end of the year and the 1st of January is the beginning of a new year. But let's face it, if we didn't have those numbers and those names of those months, it would just be another date.
[21:17] Think of it like that. If you strip away the numbers and you strip away those lovely things that we like to label, energy, Mother Earth, the universe moves in cycles. And it moves in those cycles and it transitions into things. And the best way to think of it is more like seasons. We might know, for example, like we say, June, July, August is winter. But we don't really define winter by months. We define winter by the type of temperature, the type of climate that we experience. And that's why we might say like you might experience some of those kind of temperatures in Maine. You go, oh, wow, winter's come early. So it's not like it has these perfect cutoff moments. And so what we're talking about here is we're talking about the age of Aquarius, which is even bigger again. So we're really starting to move in and solidify a brand new energy. Don't want to go too heavy into that. That's real astrospeak and people who get it. but I just want to introduce that for people because there is a bigger one. And what I want to talk about there is the reason why I bring it up is we were in the age of Pisces. So that was literally from 0 AD to 2000. 2000 years is an age. The age of Pisces, very spiritual, very mystical, very hidden. Pisces is a very hidden energy. It's deep diving. It's a bit murky because it's water. All right? So you've got to think of that as an element.
[22:46] Hence, religion became a very big thing. But religion is kind of like, here's the rules, but we don't really know what's going on behind it. So it's like there's layers to it. What's interesting is for Aquarius, the age of Aquarius, is it's about being more open. We've got more transparency. Hence, why do you think we've got issues with government across the world, realistically? Because we're like, enough's enough. We want to see what's going on. It's more humanitarian and it's going to be more scientific. So we're going to be leaning into more about well-being for people. We're also going to be looking at scientific breakthroughs. Now, the reason why I bring this up for you and not sidetracking here is because these things also become important for us on an individual level and you're not exempt from this so the job is now being removed for you okay because it's now time to start something new in a chapter i know you're hitting rock bottom but the whole thing is it's what it's doing is it's helping you to realize that there is something more and something greater for you to achieve and step into one big thing i wanted to really help you is don't think of it your life is just as having a job, what's moving forward for you in this next chapter, there's going to be a very significant aspect for you to look at where is your story in all of this? Where are you and what can you as an individual bring or contribute to the world? That's what this age and new energy is all about. And I feel like that's asking for you.
[24:16] Here's the thing. You mentioned family. You mentioned where they're at. They're all kind of moving away from it, right? This happens a lot. Don't necessarily see a huge permanent move overseas, but I definitely see good chunks of time overseas for you. You know, six months does come up. So whether that's going to be meaning you just do six months and then you kind of decide, okay, well, now I know what I really want to do and where I want to go. Or it could be meaning, hey, you set yourself up, you have six months where you need to be and six months back home so that way you can still reconnect with family wherever you need to be. I feel like it could probably end up being a little bit more of the latter, but whatever it is overseas is going to be good for you because it's going to help you to identify where you're at. It's going to be a big thing for you. So it's good to have a breather. It's good to be in a place that is different, somewhere that kind of allows you to explore yourself and your life in a different way. I literally had this conversation with my daughter who's just finished year nine, moving into year 10, and she's already talking about it. I very much said to her, travel. Travel is one of the best ways where you learn about yourself.
[25:30] If I can offer you a little bit of guidance there, you have a couple of different options on the table. I would be more pushing further up into Southeast Asia. You might have Bali or the lower part of Indonesia on your list. They're okay, but I don't see them really holding any massive sway for you. But I'm getting more, you'd probably be looking at either a Thailand aspect or maybe even coming around to a Vietnam aspect. But somewhere up in that more southeast asia corner is something there that i'd feel good for you so that might give you a little bit of extra direction or insight to where you need to go now when it comes to family is a very very important message here that i'm going to give to everyone this is a message that i have to give a lot because especially you know even with yourself we're all so many people in my world you know if you're listening to this a lot of us healers we're givers, we're people who support others. It's just one of our driving forces. It really, really is. The trouble is with that is we suck.
[26:39] And again, hand up because I'm guilty. We suck at receiving. We suck at looking after ourselves. We just tend to keep giving because we value that. And it's just a driving force in us. Even with Bev before, you know, Like this health professional, not surprising, right? So what's important when it comes to family and if you are like the giver, the support person for everyone else in your family, but you're not really feeling valued, you're not feeling the gratitude from people, what will happen is people around you will keep taking from you. People get used to it. And what happens is you create this new norm where they are used to you helping and giving on a constant basis.
[27:27] For a while or in the interim, that is okay. Over a longer period of time, it's not. Over a longer period of time, what happens is we end up enabling them. And that stops their growth, stops and stunts their ability to move in the direction they want to, and at the same time, drains us. And when we get drained, we hit that kind of burnout, we feel low, we pull back, we try to recuperate and then we just go through the cycles over and over again, which is detrimental to us as well. So this is where I always offer the one big piece of advice when people are going through this. The best piece of advice is remember, just because you might be living away or not in being the same vicinity as your family does not mean that you don't love them. It does not mean that you don't want to support them. The truth is that you can love and support people from a distance away.
[28:26] And sometimes that distance is exactly what we need for ourselves so we can always maintain a beautiful energetic and emotional equilibrium for ourselves, but then it also helps the person to have their growth, to have their ability to build up some energetic and emotional resilience without someone always doing or helping out when the time comes. So it's a delicate balance, But when we come to these situations, always look after ourself. Okay, that's the whole air safety demonstration. Fix your own mask before assisting others. Because if you assist them and you haven't got yours on, you will suffocate and you will die. And sometimes, quite often, in that process, you still haven't fixed them up and they die too. So it's a massive loss. It's a silly outcome. So if we look after ourselves first, we know that we are going to survive and you can help more people that way. That's what we call the ripple effect. So it's a big one there for you. But hopefully, they will help you to give you a little bit more understanding and also help you to realize you need to take care of yourself. All right? Give yourself that permission. Give yourself that breathing space. It's a beautiful one. And again, I cannot stress how courageous it is to, number one, record that and then go, you know what?
[29:49] I'm at that point. it doesn't matter over the world is it because it is what it is but I love it because you're actually exemplifying that it's okay to reach out say I need help when you're the one who's usually helping people so I absolutely, have no problem in trying to help you and hopefully this is just giving you that little bit of deeper understanding and that little bit of extra insight to help you step into the new one year with a lot more strength and positivity, Okay, so our next question coming up is from Mindy. Let's hear what Mindy has to say.
[30:28] Hi, Peter. My question is, can you get messages in your everyday life when you're not necessarily concentrating or trying to get messages? Because I notice when I go about my day and just my everyday conversation, and I feel like I get messages and also when I go out I go to shops even with people you meet and things like that like they might remind you of somebody that you knew or look like a past loved one or something and I feel like maybe that's you know the past loved one letting you know that they still think of you and they're still around and basically, that you can get messages without having to concentrate super hard and that they will just come in and flow through I feel like it happens to a lot of people. I don't know if it does, but is it common to get messages without having to concentrate super hard in your everyday life? That's all. Thanks, Pete.
[31:24] Oh, I like this one. That's a nice one. And you make a really, really good point, Mindy. So in the crux of it is, can you get messages in everyday life? That is a resounding 1,000% yes. And believe it or not, it is the most common and desired way for universe.
[31:47] Spirit, our loved ones, all to convey messages and guidance to us in the moments. In the subtle moments, a lot of people start to think that to really receive a sign or to really kind of get a little message, we have to receive it like it's a theatrical production, like it's meant to be on Broadway. It's like, here, I have a feather for you. Or it's like, here, look, literally, here is a flashing neon sign. This is a sign. This is your sign. It doesn't always happen that way. If they're doing that to you and you do get signs that are really, really obvious and do come through that way, that means you have not been paying attention and they're really desperate to get your attention. And if it does happen that way, look out, people, pay attention to the message because you're right on the cusp because if you don't, you're going to find out the hard way. So be mindful of that. But absolutely, you do get messages in the everyday way. You'll get messages in songs you'll get messages in the conversation it's no different to this like you could be like listening to this podcast and listen to me talk and go oh my god i never thought of that and you get a message out of that that's the whole point and that's also part of the reason why i do this because you just never know what you're going to learn out of it no different to when i do an event i might be talking to someone else, And even though I'm not talking to you directly, you'd be like, my God, I feel like that message was directly aimed at me as well.
[33:13] Absolutely. That's how this works. It's not a case of like we have to dial your direct number to get the message to you. If that was the case, it would be in a world of hurt. All right? So it is. It's in the subtle things. So pay attention to whether it's through nature, like you were saying, seeing someone else's face and seeing like, wow, I feel like I saw my love. one in that. That does happen. There was a particular instance where I did one interesting reading and I was doing aura photos at the time. I remember there was a very obvious white area around this lady's aura. She'd never had it done before. And I said, look, there's someone standing behind you. And then as soon as I said that, the channel opened and I just kind of started bringing things through. And she's like, oh my God, that's my dad. And his name was Peter. And you're acting and speaking and waving your hands around just like he did. She goes, oh my God.
[34:09] And so the subtleties and those things will kind of come through. So that's a bit more of a drastic situation to explain it, but that's how it does happen. So you can see it in ways like that. All right. So nice, simple one. You do not have to concentrate. Concentrating is actually the kryptonite to receiving messages. If you concentrate and want it too much, you actually choke the energy. So it's not the best way to receive messages.
[34:44] Messages come through in flow, in a state of flow. When you're concentrating too much, you are not in a state of flow. You're overthinking it and that chokes the flow. So that's a quick, nice, easy breakdown for you. And I really do hope that quickly helps you and realize, yes, no, you're not losing your mind. You're okay. You are receiving messages in conversations or in songs or when you're driving along and seeing things. That's how it happens. I always say for people, when you believe it, it's a message. Believe it's a message. Don't ask. Don't question. Don't doubt. Just take it and go, cool, I've got this. That's always the best way to move forward when you're wanting to have those questions. [35:41] Hi, Peter. I've seen you in your show in the past and it's been amazing. Thank you. I'm actually reaching out because there are a couple of things I'm trying to identify about myself and my past. And I was adopted as a child and I was six months old when I was adopted. So I don't really know what happened in the past. Essentially, I seem to be replaying the wound that I keep abandoning myself exactly the same way everybody else has abandoned me in the past. And I don't know what is limiting me in my current situation where I'm probably not accepting love or I don't know what it is, but I feel a real void in me and a sense of disconnection. And I sort of want to heal myself from that perspective and I just need to understand what I need to do in that sense. I am self-soothing and trying different ways to reset into myself, but I was hoping you could give me some more insight. Thank you.

[37:06] It's a really big one. I can see how you are putting some of the pieces together. You're being reflective. You're trying to understand it. It's great. You're self-serving. You're really, I have a word in my mind and I can't seem to articulate it right now for you. It's like, damn. But it must not want to say you're a seeker. That's what's coming to you because you're a seeker. You're a seeker of your own truth. You're a seeker of your own identity and you're a seeker of your own soul's understanding. So you're actually on a very, very powerful path. Now, when it comes to it, anyone who in the adoption space of things, that is a big part of a soul lesson and soul path. So that's a big one. And anything around that, it's usually connected to around self-worth. It's connected to obviously around love, you know, bonds, relationships, there's a whole bunch there. But more often than not, especially if it's very, very early adoption, it's more about the parents. And the sole lesson for the baby to kind of go through that. That's the heavier side of it. I can't really get into that too much with you, but it's more about trying to help you now in this moment about where you're at.
[38:20] So it's a huge thing for you to be able to reflect and go, I don't feel like I'm very accepting of this. You're self-sabotaging. This shows so much awareness for yourself, which is huge. And that's why I feel like I could probably try and help you just a little bit. To help kind of possibly create a shift just to change or get you out of that self-sabotage mode, right?
[38:48] So what I'm picking up here for you, I'm just kind of going to get down and into this right now so I can help you. Two things that are coming up and then I'm going to give you a little something that can help you with this, right? So I'm not just going to point out some things and then leave you with it. I'm going to help you with this as well. So keep listening, stay tuned. And for anyone else who's suffering any kind of self-sabotage and you're finding that you're really not getting the love, the appreciation or feeling the self-worth that you feel like you should be getting at the moment, this is also beneficial for you as well. So the two things that are coming up about what's coming on, number one is you're definitely not accepting love. There is a mental resistant block because you're telling yourself you're not worthy of it. Now, that's a story that's connecting back to the adoption side of things, okay? So, I can't massively work through that with you, but it's just telling you that you're not accepting love. Now, I need to clarify this, is the big thing around with love and where you're seeing love, the way you're perceiving it and seeing it and wanting to receive it, is where I'm looking at yourself and I'm looking at your energy, I'm very much sensing and seeing here that you're looking for the outside validation.
[40:14] Of love you're looking at on the outside of yourself it's almost like you know you got you should be receiving it from someone or from something and having that and you kind of do that now a lot of people do struggle with this that's why i find a lot of people end up getting pets and getting fur babies because you know if there's more of an unconditional love there that kind of helps them as well which is a beautiful thing but it still doesn't help the underlying aspect of what does love really mean to me and how do I end up really receiving it and understanding it from someone else. So this is where it kind of comes in where I want to help you just based on what I'm picking up here. It's like it's that little bit of an issue of not being able to accept it and because we're looking for it in the wrong place.
[40:59] So all in all, what does this tell us? This means that it's like it's a self-love aspect first. I do see this quite a lot, like I said, when we've got these particular kind of circumstances around like adoption or not being wanted or not feeling loved in that way. And so we tell ourselves that we're not worthy of it. So because of that, people shield themselves as a protection mechanism because they don't want to be hurt like that, which is completely understandable. But the whole thing is that becomes an invisible barrier and wall that doesn't allow us to receive. So it becomes a problem and a conundrum. So how do we work through this? How do we shift this kind of wall? How do we shift this thinking? How do we shift this belief? How do we shift this perception of outside love to inside love?
[41:50] It's a big thing. We can talk about self-love in heaps of different ways, but a lot of us don't really understand what it really is because self-love is not something to understand conceptually or in a logical sense. Self-love is a huge thing that you need to feel. You just know, you don't need to articulate it and remind yourself of it all. There is a very simple exercise that I'm going to kind of just run you through now. It's not hard. And this can just really help to bring back or loosen up some of those energetic barriers that might be sitting there for whatever reason, wherever they've kind of come from. Like I said, especially in this instance, I can't directly go to any particular one. But this is something that will help you and anybody else who is particularly feeling this situation. All you need to do is literally visualize a beautiful ball of light being above your head, bringing the energy in, seeing that beautiful universal energy start to pool across your head.
[42:59] Then you're going to visualize that energy coming down through your head, through your mind's eye, down through into your throat, into your heart. And then from there, you're going to see that energy literally then spill out through your shoulders, down your arms, then into your hands. Now, when it gets to your hands, you just place your hands together facing palm to palm, but not touching. And then what you want to feel is you want to start to feel that there might be a slight temperature change there. For example, there might be a slight increase of heat or even better, you can start to feel like almost like a magnet kind of or magnet feeling or a magnetism between your hands. And so sometimes I always say, move your hands like two bicycle pedals or move them in and out like an accordion and you can start to feel the energy between your hands. And this is bringing that beautiful energy in through you into your hands. Once you have the feeling of this hands, you've got the energy between your hands, then all you have to do is choose one hand, place it on your heart, and send that energy to yourself. Just feel it seeping into you. No other thoughts. Don't think about anything. Don't give any other words to it. Just literally giving yourself the moment to.
[44:20] To receive the energy. And if you can give yourself that time and your mind can stay quiet for just even 60 seconds, if even better, 120 seconds, 180 seconds, two to three minutes, if you can get to that point, you're doing really well. But just be there and continually visualize the energy coming down through your head, through your throat, into your heart, out through your arms, and then you giving the energy back to yourself. And just having those one or two minutes being there. No other thoughts. Do not think about anything. Just feel the energy. Feel how your temperature in your hand changes. Feel how your heartbeat changes.
[45:01] Pay attention to how your body's reacting. Those are the things to focus on, nothing else. So focus on those things. And then that's how you start to receive. Practice that two to three times a week at a minimum. If you can, because it's only two to three minutes, practice it every day. If you start to do that, you will start to really calm your energy, center your energy, and that starts to bring down those walls. It starts to bring down those energetic boundaries that we end up building just through circumstances and end our life. So that's the piece of advice I'd love to give you there, Regina, to help you there. And of course, anyone else who is listening to help with that, just to start bringing down some of those energetic walls. What it's about is it's not so much about needing to fix yourself. It's not about needing to solve this. We focus too much on that because what that means is we are focusing on an outcome. And when our mind, because that's the mind, the mind wants an outcome. The mind wants to know where it's going and what we want to achieve. But the body, your energy, your soul doesn't care. It's a continual aspect.
[46:21] And this is just helping to make sure that those thoughts, whatever they may be about like, oh, I self-sabotage or whatever, that's a thought and that's a behavioral pattern. It's not your soul. It's not your energy. We need to reset and we need to get back to those basics. And that's where this exercise can help you. So start looking for the inside. Start focusing on that. I genuinely believe that will help you. I know that you're up for the task. just hearing your voice and vibration, but I really hope that can start to get you in a better direction and a better energetic space for yourself. Really do hope that helps you.
