[0:00] Thanks for joining, and it is absolutely lovely to have your company for another episode. So, today, we're going to be talking about your three worlds.
[0:20] And the three worlds is a beautiful concept that is pretty simple once we all get into it but it on the surface it will be a relatively new concept for a lot of people and this is something that has really just kind of come into my world literally through by making the change and embracing a whole new way and depth to all the beautiful work that I have been doing over the years. And I'm actually really excited to share this with you. So bear with me as we go through this. And of course, I will do my best to break this down and simplify it as much as I can. And my goal here is hoping that you can see the three worlds.
[1:15] Understand the three worlds, and of course, giving you ways to help bridge the gap between these three worlds. Now, a bit of a disclaimer up front in that to bridge the three worlds, it's a process and it is a journey on its own. But the whole idea is here is I want to introduce you to the concept so that way you can start and hopefully by doing so and starting this process, you can start to see some immediate kind of change and results in your life. So, let's have a look at it. The three worlds. What are the three worlds that we have?
[1:55] And they're pretty straightforward, but there's one here that most people will kind of miss or dismiss.
[2:04] So, the first world that we all are aware of, that is our physical world. So, we're talking about the three-dimensional, we're talking about the world that's in front of us, the one that we can touch, the one that we can see, we can smell, taste. So, all of our beautiful physical senses are attuned to and that is the one we interact with in a very physical sense. So, you know, when you are, whether you're driving in your car, maybe listening to this podcast, you are interacting with your physical world. Whether you're at home cooking dinner, you're interacting with your physical world, you know, talking to your kids or talking to your partner, whatever shape or form, that is just interaction with your physical world. Nice and easy, pretty straightforward.
[2:54] Then, of course, the second world
[2:57] that we all participate in is our lovely internal world. world, okay? This is one that we should all be very familiar with because it is the one that we spend like literally the most time in, all right? Because obviously, we work through it and all the rest of it. So, what's really important here is our internal world always is reflecting obviously our internal dialogue, okay? So, that is our thinking processes, our thought processes, and also relates to our, you know, mental state as well. And so, there's a few things that affect that, but that is the second one. We'll touch on that. A little more in a moment. But that is the second world. So,
[3:49] we've got the physical world, we've got the internal world. And of course, the third world, which is the one that most people kind of, like I said, either aren't aware of or if they kind of dismiss or don't give it enough time or thought, is I always just label it very simply, the third world is the energetic world.
[4:09] So, this is the energy that governs the entire universe. This goes beyond our little physical world of this lovely little rock of ours called Earth, and it goes beyond our physical body. It exceeds and goes past and beyond even our mind. This is something that is very large, very large scale, and it is out there, and it is within us. and we are also a part of it, right? The energetic world is very, very interesting because that is the world I love and that is the world our soul is actually mostly connected to. So, that's the deeper part of ourselves, the higher self. This is, you know, the connection to the beyond. So, when our time here is done, you know, we, you know, it's not a black void. It is literally we simply let go of our physical body, our physical world. We also then release ourselves from the internal world, which encapsulates ourselves in between, and we completely rejoin and reintegrate back into the energetic world. So that world is there it exists and we are all connected to it and we are all a part of it.
[5:34] But what i tend to see and where i see where a lot of it's going wrong is we are separating these out more often than not the majority of people are very fixated and on their external world. That's very normal, and there's nothing wrong with that until the point when your external world is not reflecting how your internal world wants it to be. This is when we create a disconnect, and when we have a disconnect between any of our worlds, to be honest, it starts to create a level of dis-ease within our body. So, this is like we need all three worlds to connect and operate in optimal function. So, the more we can lean into connecting and creating flow between the three worlds, the better off and the easier or supposedly easier our life will be. Now, when I mean easier, having an easier life, I want you to take a step back for a moment and I want you to just kind of reflect.
[6:51] More often than not, we have someone in and around our life. It doesn't have to be close. You might even just look at someone off in a very distance, like in the media, for example, and you will go, wow, they really seem to have it easy. You might get to a point of going you might have that statement and go oh money you know see how easy life is when you got money or things like that you just you have this moment and reflection.
[7:23] And you start to go they feel or it looks as if they've got it easier or they're going through life and there's not as much trouble and you might be looking yourself or someone else around you going,
[7:36] but look at all the hardships they're kind of going through. Now, of course, we are all here for our own individual lessons and we've all kind of have to go through them, whether that's going to be going through the relationships, whether it's going to be going through health, whatever it may be, we've all got our individual lessons. However, even when someone's got it so-called easy, they still have the ups and downs. But what's really interesting is that they just seem to move through the downs quicker or with more ease than other people. And that's because I tend to find those people have a greater awareness and connection between the three worlds and not just the two. So, most people are connecting and looking to reflect, to have the physical world reflect their internal world. But the internal world can only really start to connect with the external world if you are connecting at the right frequency and vibration that you can connect at in your energetic world.
[8:50] Yes right now you might go what Pete what it is a little bit of a doozy to wrap your head around but it's just to simplify keeping the the three worlds separate always fine makes it a little easier to understand this concept but once you do all of a sudden you're never going to see the world in front of you the same ever again so the easiest way I like to describe this is I work from the other side because with your physical world, there is a lot of energy. Everything's kind of happening. And let's face it, the reality is the only thing that you will ever be able to control in your external world, your physical world, is you.
[9:42] It's you and your body. Like, yes, you can interact with it and things can happen.
[9:48] You might go, I can control that. But it's because you're interacting with it. But in terms of controlling it, no. The only thing you can control is you. You can only control how you are going to interact with it, whether it's through talking, whether you're going to, you know, turn the tap on, whether you're going to listen to the conversation, whether you're going to argue. There's a whole bunch of things. So, especially when it comes to people and relationships in your physical world, your external world, family, loved ones, partners, children.
[10:28] Co-workers, whatever. The truth of the matter is you can't control them because you have no idea what's going on in their internal world. So you can only ever control yourself and this is where a beautiful concept of you're not seeking knowledge mastery you're seeking self-mastery comes in so the more that you start to detach and kind of not see the physical world or needing to make or mold your physical world, in that sense of trying to make it fit you.
[11:13] When you take that step back towards yourself, you're going to start working and bridging the gap between yourself and your internal world and the energetic world.
[11:25] By starting to bridge this gap, and when you get the flow happening between these two worlds, Thanks for listening. You will then start to see the external world shift and change to reflect the connection and then your internal world. It will naturally start to change and shift for you because you don't need to manipulate it physically. It comes energetically.
[11:59] Some of you might be going, Pete, is this manifestation? manifestation and the short answer on that is no there's a deeper and you can look at one of the legacy episodes where i talked about manifestation is so like yesterday and i'm not a big fan of the word manifestation in general because it goes way more than that and so but that's that's a whole different conversation hence it's a whole episode so you can go find that one for you would like to delve into that a little bit more. So, this is not manifestation because this is about bridging the world and understanding your world because the other reason why I can say it's not manifestation is because as you're connecting with your energetic world and connecting that with your internal world, even though the external world will shift and change, but you will find that you don't need to actually manifest anything. You're not even, when you're really connecting, you're not really looking or desiring anything in the physical world. Sure, you can want things, but you will start to find that you'll have those things and they will be okay, but there's less attachment to the physical side of things. When you're really starting to connect.
[13:29] You'll also find that your internal world becomes so much calmer.
[13:37] Quieter, and you'll start to see and find that the drama around you, doesn't interest you anymore. That is a telltale sign, a sure telltale sign that you are starting to connect and you're starting to create more flow because you see it and you just simply have this feeling and knowing, I don't want to participate in this. I don't want this in my life because you see it, it's almost as if it becomes unnecessary noise. And that's probably the best way to describe it. When you're really connecting and you have more flow in your life, it's as if you can see, sense, and feel where the unnecessary noise is. Because let's face it, if you're going in and you're going into a hotel, for example, Motel might be a better example for this one. But you're driving in and there's like six rooms. But all of a sudden, you can hear noise or very loud. Someone's watching the TV and it's really loud in like room one. And room two is vacant.
[14:56] If you hear the noise coming from unit one and you're going to check in and they go, so we'll put you in room two. But you already know there's noise there.
[15:05] Don't tell me that you're not going to ask, go, oh, actually, is it possible? Is there another room that's available? Because I just heard there's quite loud in that unit.
[15:16] Would you or would you not ask for a different room? Why would you? Granted, if it was the last one left, great. You can almost just say that's where you're supposed to be. You're meant to have that experience. But if there was more available, of course you would ask for more of it. So, why put up with the noise if you don't need to? So, this is a bigger understanding of when you really start to connect and understand and have a higher awareness of your internal world, you can really avoid the noise in your physical world. And it's a very, very powerful concept. So, the biggest thing is, it's like, so then how do we bridge the gap with the energetic world in our internal world?
[16:01] And that's the big question, okay? So, the energetic world is always there. And remember, you are already a part of it. This is not something that you can say, or there's other people, they're more connected than me, or I can't do this.
[16:17] Absolutely BS. Energy is all around us. We are energetic beings. It's already flowing through me. It's already flowing through you. We are a part of it. Scientific fact. So, because of that, how do we bridge the gap? The first step and what you need to understand about really bridging that gap and getting more of a connection is you need to get out of your head, okay? That is the biggest thing. So, what's happening is with our body, and this is the way I describe it to a lot of people, if you've been a follower of mine for some time, this is not going to be anything new to you, but I love introducing people to this because people go, oh my God, this makes so much sense. So, when we have a look at our physical body, which is aka our internal world, the whole lot, not just our noggin, not just the head, the whole lot encompasses our internal world.
[17:24] So, the first clue, the first thing that you need to do is you need to get out of your head. Because our head is trying to navigate our way through life and our head is helping us to literally make sure we survive the day. It is getting us and its job is to navigate us through our physical world. That is its job, pure and simple. Again, scientific fact, going back to we're still a primitive brain. We're still only using 10% of our whole brain capacity. That's how much we have not evolved over all these years of being on this planet. So the whole thing is we are still running on primitive, primitive brain function. That is your head. So our head is here to help us survive and navigate the physical world. so for that reason and moving forward.
[18:31] We're going to dub your head the Uber driver. Yep, that's right. It is the Uber driver because its job is to get you from A to B to C to D, wherever you need and desire throughout your days. It is just navigating you through to get there and to get you there with the most minimal amount of stress.
[18:59] And your Uber driver, it feels it gets paid as long as you are still breathing the next day. Yep, that's its payment. If you wake up and you're breathing the next day, whether it's a good day, bad day or ugly day, it doesn't care. It's like, great, I've been paid. Let's do this again.
[19:20] So the whole thing is you need to really get out of your head. You need to get out of being this driver in that sense of push my way through. I need to do my best to work my way through in my physical world. That doesn't help you. That is where 90% of the population are absolutely geared in. We are slowly opening the door, but that's where most of us are at. So, this is your Uber driver, but that's just one part of you. The other part of your internal world and the one that you need to start connecting with is down here and we're talking about in your body. So, literally like head and shoulders down connecting into here. It is still a part of your internal world. We just choose to ignore that fact. We just see the body as a vessel, but it's still connected. And believe it or not, it carries the most important function. It feels. Yep. There's your big clue. There's the mic drop.
[20:41] Your body your physical body is your barometer but moving forward to help you understand it your body we're now going to dub it the navigator it is your gps system it's your siri it's your whatever you want alexa whatever you want to call it like it is your internal compass it is the one that knows where it really wants to go.
[21:11] And let's face it, Our good old Uber driver has no idea where to go unless you give it directions. So what's giving it directions? Are you thinking it or is the Uber driver literally taking on a passenger, aka your navigator but not really caring or giving a shit about where it really wants to go and how it feels about that. Just take a moment to let that sink in. How many of us are just so busy driving for the sake of driving.
[21:59] Believing, falsely I might add we really know where we want to go. The question is, when you are now making a decision, and as you move forward, now that you're listening to this and starting to understand this concept, you can now move forward. You can look at the next thing you do after listening to this episode, the next day after you listen to this episode.
[22:27] Genuinely and consciously ask yourself, is this what I really want to do today?
[22:35] And if you want to ask even a better question the question will be how do I feel about what I'm about to do today and if you start to ask yourself that question now you're starting to bridge the gap I take people through this this is a big part of what I try to do and I just
[22:59] want to share this with you because it's so simple and it's so powerful. And once you get this concept and once you really try it on, I can guarantee you, you will never go back because your level of awareness, your sensitivity to your energetic world starts to increase. It goes up and all of sudden you can start to hear the noise that's happening in unit one again you start to see where the noise is on your journey and because you can now see and hear this noise guess what, You, the Uber driver, just says, oh, you know what? I don't think we want to go there because that's a bit noisy. And the navigator's like, cool, well, we'll find a way around it because that doesn't feel right. So, you can ask yourself the two questions. Is this really where I want to be going? And how do I feel about where I'm going?
[24:03] So, the how question is like, oh, is this where I want to be going? So the where question, I should say, the where question is helping you to bridge the gap between your physical world and your internal world. So there's that bridge. The second question of how do I feel about where we're going is bridging the gap between your internal world and the energetic world.
[24:33] Because it automatically connects. It is the energetic world is flowing through us and it's flowing more through our body. And you can tap into the feelings because energy is a feeling. Energy doesn't have a voice. Like I do. Energy does not talk and connect with us like I'm talking to you or you're listening to me right now. It's just not the way it happens. But it does have a voice of its own, and it's called feeling, and it's called emotions. Emotions are the language of the soul. And if you tap into that, you're tapping into a power source. You're tapping into something that is greater than beyond what is in front of you physically, you're tapping into the universe. You're tapping into the energy from which you came from. You're tapping into the energy to which you're going back to.
[25:31] And when you really sit with that and you start connecting and believing that and realize that is what's happening when you tap into that space, why wouldn't you? You start going, isn't that more understanding? Of course it is. Isn't that more powerful than trying to make your way through this world and running to more speed bumps, potholes, and even run off the road from time to time, riding a bike and falling off and trying to get back on again?
[26:01] Wouldn't it be nicer to go, I'd rather just hit the road. Can I catch the train? I'd rather just sit and let everything else do the work. And this is the powerful thing and concept of bridging your three worlds, physical, internal, and energetic. And all it takes is a little bit of discernment and a little bit of time to step back and start asking yourself the right questions to start linking and bridging those worlds.
[26:40] And like I've said before, the more you can tap into the energetic world, the more you're going to find flow and ease and calm and quiet in your internal world. And therefore, in your physical world, avoid the noise, have a far better adventure and journey, and really end up at destinations that your heart does desire to be in. It's so important. Now, of course, you might be saying, hey, Pete, sounds wonderful, easier said than done. Of course it is. But let's face it. Nothing's going to change unless you do.
[27:22] Unless you start to honor this or give this a go or at least attempt it or practice it on a couple of occasions, nothing's going to change. And if that's still not enough to inspire you to have a go at something then I have a way bigger question for you what are you afraid of? Because the only thing that is stopping you from really moving in the direction that you want to go to have what you really want is you. As I said at the very beginning, the only thing that you can control is you. You can't control anything else. You can ponder it. You can worry about it. You can question it a thousand times, come up with, you know, a hundred different scenarios how something might pan out. Guarantee you, it'll be the scenario that you didn't think about. it'd be scenario 101. It even happened to me, talking to my wife when I was ready to check myself out.
[28:22] And literally in that moment, I just said, I've got to talk to her because this is not right. And I said, I know this. And I stopped myself, I had all these scenarios in my head about how this conversation would go. It's never going to be good enough. I'm not going to be good enough and the most beautiful thing is she came out with scenario 101 and it was the most, kind of like beautiful but weird statement that i would never have thought of and it was about honoring me and my path and not being on my path and i was like i wasn't happy doing the nine to five it just wasn't happening those of you of course who have read my book social spirit would know this one, but if you're new to my world, long story short, was doing 9 to 5, came back from the earthquake, and the whole part was I was doing everything right by society standards. But in my heart, in my soul, everything was wrong. I was dying on the inside. Literally, I felt the life force of my soul being sucked dry. I kid you not. to a point, to a point. I was seriously in a very, very, very dark place. And like I said, I was really getting close to considering checking out because
[29:43] I thought the world would be because I was a failure. This is not working. It's not enough. I'm not enough.
[29:49] But in that moment, my wife's like, that's okay. We'll find another thing. We'll make it work. Just like that. And I was like instantly changed. And that's when I honoured my path and I leaned into and started bridging the gap between my worlds. I was already doing that beforehand but I got so caught up in trying to do what was expected of me, what society said was good or this is how it should be and there's a very powerful lesson in that because during that time, I became so entrenched in the 3D, so entrenched in the paradigm that it took me to go to the lows to wake me up and realize there's a much, much more powerful source of energy to tap into. And once you do, everything flips and switch. And here I am doing this and being able to share this with you. And that's why when I share these things with you, I share from personal experience, I share from personal knowledge, and I share from a place of love and desire and hope for you.
[31:13] And if you're listening to this and you're listening to this episode, I want you to know you have access to this. You can access this. This is no special ability or special gift. You are already a part of it. And the more you can really latch onto that fact, the easier this becomes. And I'm just going to leave you with one final thought.
[31:41] Give it a go. That's it. Start bridging. Ask yourself those questions and give this a go. Because at the end of the day, it's only going to make things better. And if it's not working for you, then it may not be working for you. But if it's not working for you, it's probably because you're not quite tapping your neck. But that's okay. If you need a helping hand, feel free to reach out. That's what I love helping people do. but give it a go and hopefully you can start to see and i encourage you to tap in, and bridge your three worlds they are meant to be connected they are meant to be in alignment but like i said so many of us are excluding one world and we're just trying to balance these two in and out allow the third one to come in and watch everything change i really encourage you and I just want to say thanks again for listening, and I look forward to helping you out more in the next episode.
